Abstract
【解決手段】ゲート5は、キャビティ4の長さ方向(矢印X方向)の端部4aと、この端部4aからキャビティ4の全長L4の15/100だけ内側の位置との間に、1つのみ配置されている。これにより、FPCコネクタの射出成形に際して、樹脂がキャビティ4内で一方の端部4a近傍から他方の端部4bに向かって流動するため、キャビティ4の長さ方向に配向する。また、ゲート5が1つのみであるため、ウェルドラインの存在に起因するFPCコネクタの反り増大を未然に防ぐことができる。

[発明の実施の形態1]

(3)−X−Ar3 −Y−
(Ar1 は、フェニレン基、ナフチレン基またはビフェニリレン基を表す。Ar2 およびAr3 は、それぞれ独立に、フェニレン基、ナフチレン基、ビフェニリレン基または下記式(4)で表される基を表す。XおよびYは、それぞれ独立に、酸素原子またはイミノ基(−NH−)を表す。Ar1 、Ar2 またはAr3 で表される前記基にある水素原子は、それぞれ独立に、ハロゲン原子、アルキル基またはアリール基で置換されていてもよい。)
(4)−Ar4 −Z−Ar5 −
(Ar4 およびAr5 は、それぞれ独立に、フェニレン基またはナフチレン基を表す。Zは、酸素原子、硫黄原子、カルボニル基、スルホニル基またはアルキリデン基を表す。)

Claims (4)
- 金型内にゲートから樹脂を注入してキャビティに充填することにより、FPCコネクタを射出成形するFPCコネクタの製造方法であって、
前記ゲートは、前記キャビティの長さ方向の端部と、この端部から前記キャビティの全長の15/100だけ内側の位置との間に、1つのみ配置されていることを特徴とするFPCコネクタの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂が液晶ポリエステルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のFPCコネクタの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂が、液晶ポリエステルに、ガラス繊維、タルクおよびマイカからなる群から選ばれる1種以上のフィラーを配合した液晶ポリエステル樹脂組成物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のFPCコネクタの製造方法。
- 前記FPCコネクタは、ピン挿通孔の数が10以上であるとともに、これらピン挿通孔のピッチ間隔が0.6mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のFPCコネクタの製造方法。
