Abstract
【解決手段】先端に稼働時際名撮像ユニットを設けた挿入部材に、撮像ユニットを遠隔操作するための操作部材を受容する管状部と、処置具をガイドするガイド孔とを一体的に設ける。挿入部材の先端にて撮像ユニットを可動自在に保持する挿入部材に処置具をガイドするガイド部を一体に形成したことから、1つの孔を介して内視鏡装置を差し込むだけで、内視鏡を回転させることなく所定の範囲内の撮像が可能であり、孔の形状変化を防止しかつ目的の部位に対する処置具のアクセスを容易に行うことができる。

Claims (5)
- 被写体を撮像する撮像ユニットと、前記撮像ユニットを先端にて可動自在に保持する挿入部材とを有する内視鏡装置であって、
前記挿入部材が、前記撮像ユニットの撮像方向を変えるための操作部材を前記撮像ユニットと同軸的に受容する管状部と、前記被写体にアクセスするための処置具を前記管状部の側方にて前記管状部の長手方向に変位自在にガイドするように前記管状部と一体に形成されたガイド部とを有することを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 被写体を撮像する撮像ユニットと、
前記撮像ユニットを保持する撮像用ホルダと、
前記撮像用ホルダに対して先端側が互いに対角位置に連結された一対の駆動用ロッドをそれぞれ含む2系統の駆動力伝達機構と、
前記撮像用ホルダを変位させるべく、前記駆動用ロッドの基端側に配置され、前記各駆動力伝達機構における少なくとも一方の駆動用ロッドを進退駆動する駆動装置と、
前記駆動装置のベース部材から延設される挿入部材とを有し、
前記挿入部材が、前記撮像ユニット、前記撮像用ホルダおよび前記駆動力伝達機構を受容する管状部と、前記被写体にアクセスするための処置具を前記管状部の側方にて前記管状部の長手方向に変位自在にガイドするガイド部とを一体的に有することを特徴とする内視鏡装置。 - 前記ガイド部が、前記処置具の側方への外れを防止し得る大きさで開口する溝状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ガイド部が、前記管状部を径方向に挟んで一対設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記ガイド部が設けられている部分の前記挿入部材の断面形状が楕円形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の内視鏡装置。
