Abstract
【解決手段】NOx及びSOxが存在する燃焼排ガスに対して、SOx吸着剤によりSOxを吸着除去する処理を行い、次いで、処理後のガスに脱硝用還元剤を添加し、脱硝触媒を用いた脱硝処理を行う排ガス浄化方法において、SOx吸着剤によりSOxを吸着除去するためのSOx吸着塔(7)(8)を複数設置し、一部の該手段においてSOxの吸着処理を行っている間、他の手段においてSOx吸着剤の再生を行うことにより、SOxの吸着とSOx吸着剤の再生を交互に行う。

Description
図1に示す試験装置を用いて排ガス浄化を実施し、SOx吸着剤の再生を定期的に行ったときの脱硝率の変化を測定した。
図1に示す試験装置において、各SOx吸着塔へのガスの切り替えを行わずに、片方のSOx吸着塔のみ(SOx吸着剤の再生無)で運転を行った以外は、実施例1と同じ条件で行った。
初期(試験開始直後)及び24時間後の脱硝率を表1に示す。

Claims (6)
- NOx及びSOxが存在する燃焼排ガスに対して、SOx吸着剤によりSOxを吸着除去する処理を行い、次いで、処理後のガスに脱硝用還元剤を添加し、脱硝触媒を用いた脱硝処理を行う排ガス浄化方法において、
SOx吸着剤によりSOxを吸着除去するための手段を複数設置し、一部の該手段においてSOxの吸着処理を行っている間、他の手段においてSOx吸着剤の再生を行うことにより、SOxの吸着とSOx吸着剤の再生を交互に行うことを特徴とする排ガス浄化方法。 - 水洗によりSOx吸着剤を再生する、請求項1に記載の排ガス浄化方法。
- 海水を用いて水洗する、請求項2に記載の排ガス浄化方法。
- SOx吸着剤の再生後、該SOx吸着剤を装填するSOx吸着除去手段に排ガスを流通させる前に、SOx吸着剤を乾燥させる、請求項2または3に記載の排ガス浄化方法。
- 前記乾燥に、排ガスと熱交換した加熱空気を用いる、請求項4に記載の排ガス浄化方法。
- 脱硝反応器と、該反応器の上流に設けられる脱硝用還元剤吹込み口と、さらにその上流に設けられ、SOx吸着剤が装填されたSOx吸着塔とを備えた舶用機関用の排ガス浄化装置であって、
該SOx吸着塔は、複数個が並列して備えられ、
さらに、該SOx吸着剤を水洗するための海水を溜めておくための海水タンクと、該海水をそれぞれのSOx吸着塔へ供給するためのポンプと、海水と排ガスの流れの切替を行うためのバルブと、水洗により再生したSOx吸着剤を乾燥させるための空気を排ガスとの熱交換により加熱するための熱交換器とを含むことを特徴とする、装置。
