- 第１の電極と、
前記第１の電極上の、絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層上の、補助電極と、
前記第１の電極上及び前記補助電極上の、発光性の有機化合物を含む層と、
前記発光性の有機化合物を含む層上の、第２の電極と、を有し、
前記補助電極は、凹凸構造を有し、
前記補助電極の凸部の少なくとも一部が、前記第２の電極と電気的に接続している発光素子。 - 基板と、
前記基板上の第１の電極と、
前記基板上の、前記第１の電極とは電気的に絶縁された補助電極と、
前記第１の電極上及び前記補助電極上の、発光性の有機化合物を含む層と、
前記発光性の有機化合物を含む層上の、第２の電極と、を有し、
前記補助電極は、凹凸構造を有し、
前記補助電極の凸部の少なくとも一部が、前記第２の電極と電気的に接続している発光素子。 - 請求項１または請求項２に記載の発光素子を用いた発光装置。
