Abstract
【解決手段】相手端子が接続される端子接続部2と、電線Wが接続された電線接続部10と、端子接続部2と電線接続部10の間を連結する首部20とを備え、電線接続部10と電線Wの接続箇所が樹脂被覆部30によって被覆された接続端子1であって、首部20は、底面壁21とこの底面壁21より立設された一対の側面壁22とを有し、一対の側面壁22は、互いの間隔が同じである平行壁部22aを有する。

Claims (4)
- 相手端子が接続される端子接続部と、電線が接続された電線接続部と、前記端子接続部と前記電線接続部の間を連結する首部とを備え、前記電線接続部と前記電線の接続箇所が樹脂被覆部によって被覆された接続端子であって、
前記首部は、底面壁と前記底面壁の両側より立設された一対の側面壁とを有し、一対の前記側面壁は、互いの間隔が同じである平行壁部を有することを特徴とする接続端子。 - 請求項1記載の接続端子であって、
前記平行壁部の長さ寸法は、樹脂成型の金型の樹脂堰止め用駒部の幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする接続端子。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の接続端子を製造する製造方法であって、
前記樹脂被覆部の成型時には、前記電線と前記接続端子をそれぞれ適正位置に保持部で保持することを特徴とする接続端子の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の接続端子を製造する製造方法であって、
前記電線接続部に前記電線を接続する電線接続時には、前記首部の一対の前記平行壁部を適正位置に首部矯正部で矯正することを特徴とする接続端子の製造方法。
