Abstract
Description
より詳細には、本発明は、静止浮揚構造物に沿った一連の地点における波動の振動的な水平成分を利用することによって、波力エネルギを抽出することが可能な装置に関する。該装置の特別な設計法によって、構築コストおよび初期コストが低く、ひいては、従来よりもコスト効率の良い方法で波力エネルギを抽出することが可能となる。
ポイント状のブイで電気エネルギを直接抽出するための方法が特許文献3で提案されている。特許文献3は、移動可能な磁石を含むリニア発電機による電気エネルギの生成に関する。発電機が磁石の移動方向に沿って加速されると、上記の磁石は発電機の内部で移動して、電気エネルギを生成するために使用される。一台以上のこの種の発電機がブイ上に配置される場合、これらの発電機ではブイの持続的な移動によって、電気エネルギが連続的に生成される。この種の発電機は既存のブイに容易に取り付けられ、かつブイの電源として機能し得るが、この種の発電機はブイの設置コストを回収できるほどの電気的効果を生じるためには適切ではない。
当業者にとって、上記液圧伝達法が、上述の方法による波からのエネルギを蓄積するために採用され得る多くの方法の一つであることは明らかである。
波力エネルギを抽出するための個々の装置はストリングであるため、大きな領域にわたって波のエネルギを抽出するために複数のストリングを連結させることはきわめて容易である。図9には、広域にわたって波力エネルギを抽出するブランケットとして六本のストリングが構築される方法が示されている。図9から、ストリングを両端において接続することが可能であることは明らかであり、この事実は大きな利点である。例えば、図9におけるストリングが海岸に向かって水を送り込む場合、一基のタービン発電設備が全てのストリングからのエネルギを処理することができ、ひいては初期コストをさらに削減する。
Claims (8)
- 水の振動的な波動の運動エネルギの水平成分を収集するための長尺状の浮揚装置であって、
少なくとも一つの連続的な静止構造物であって、前記波の伝播方向に対して主に平行に配置された前記静止構造物と、
前記静止構造物上に取り付けられた少なくとも三つの抵抗要素であって、前記静止構造物に対して平行に移動可能であり、かつ使用可能なエネルギを前記静止構造物に伝達する前記抵抗要素とを備える浮揚装置において、
前記抵抗要素の各々は前記静止構造物に沿って、所定の距離内を移動するように制限され、前記二つの最も離間した抵抗要素の間の最短距離は前記装置が配置される水域における平均波長の半分より長いことを特徴とする浮揚装置。 - 前記波に対する前記装置の位置は一つ以上の固定点によって保証されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水の振動的な波動の運動エネルギの水平成分を収集するための長尺状の浮揚装置。
- 前記連続的な静止構造物は、一連の連結可能な副要素から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水の振動的な波動の運動エネルギの水平成分を収集するための長尺状の浮揚装置。
- 前記連続的な静止構造物は円筒容積を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水の振動的な波動の運動エネルギの水平成分を収集するための長尺状の浮揚装置。
- 前記静止構造物に対する前記一つ以上の抵抗要素の移動によって、前記円筒容積内に加圧水が送り込まれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水の振動的な波動の運動エネルギの水平成分を収集するための長尺状の浮揚装置。
- 前記静止構造物に対する前記抵抗要素の移動は閉じたシステム内の液圧流体を加圧するために利用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水の振動的な波動の運動エネルギの水平成分を収集するための長尺状の浮揚装置。
- 一つ以上の要素、又は前記静止構造物は、磁束の変化を電気エネルギに変換可能な機器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水の振動的な波動の運動エネルギの水平成分を収集するための長尺状の浮揚装置。
- 一つ以上の抵抗要素、又は前記静止構造物は磁石を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水の振動的な波動の運動エネルギの水平成分を収集するための長尺状の浮揚装置。
