Claims (10)
- その中で炭化水素供給流を触媒粒子と接触させて炭化水素供給流中の炭化水素を接触分解して、より軽質の炭化水素の気体状生成物及び炭化した触媒を生成させる立管;
立管に炭化水素供給流を分配するための供給流分配器;
炭化した触媒と気体状生成物を分離するための、立管と連絡している反応容器;
酸素含有ガスを用いて炭化した触媒からの炭素を燃焼させて再生した触媒を与えるための、反応容器と連絡している再生容器;
再生した触媒を立管に移送するための、再生触媒導管交差部において立管と交差している、再生器と連絡している再生触媒導管;
再生した触媒を混合するための、立管内の供給流分配器の下方で再生触媒導管交差部に近接している再生触媒バッフル;
を含む、再生した触媒を炭化水素供給流と接触させるための装置。 - 再生触媒導管が立管への再生触媒入口を画定し、再生触媒バッフルが再生触媒入口の上方に配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 再生触媒バッフルが再生触媒導管の伸長部である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 再生触媒バッフルの水平部材が立管中に立管の直径の少なくとも1/2まで伸長している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 炭化した触媒を立管に移送するための、炭化触媒導管交差部において立管と交差している、反応容器と連絡している炭化触媒導管を更に含み、炭化触媒導管交差部に近接している炭化触媒バッフルを更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 再生触媒導管交差部が炭化触媒導管交差部の上方である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 再生触媒導管及び炭化触媒導管によって、再生触媒導管交差部及び炭化触媒導管交差部のそれぞれ1つにおいて少なくとも135°の水平角が画定される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 再生触媒導管及び立管によって、炭化触媒導管交差部において25〜35°の鉛直角が画定される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 再生した触媒を、流動化ガスによって反応器立管内を上向きに流動させ;
反応器立管内で炭化水素供給流を再生した触媒と接触させて炭化水素供給流を分解して、より軽質の気体状炭化水素を生成させ、触媒上にコークスを堆積させて炭化した触媒を生成させ;
炭化した触媒から気体状炭化水素を分離し;
炭化した触媒の少なくとも一部を酸素と接触させ、触媒からコークスを燃焼させて再生した触媒を生成させ;
再生した触媒を立管に送り;そして
立管内の再生した触媒の上向流を部分的に妨害して、再生した触媒を立管内において、炭化水素供給流と接触する前に混合する;
ことを含む再生した触媒を炭化水素供給流と接触させる方法。 - 炭化した触媒の第2の部分を立管に送ることを更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
