結晶化度75%を有するPET樹脂(SKC製、韓国)を120℃で2時間以上、次いで180℃で約3時間以上真空乾燥し、280℃で溶融した後、押出機を用いてフィードブロック(feed block)に投入した。PTMEG(一般的なグレード)を60%含有したPBTグリコール共重合体を240℃で溶融した後、真空ベント押出機を用いてフィードブロックに投入した。
前記剛性層と前記軟性層の重量比を1:1の比率で押出を行ったこと以外は前記実施例1と同じ方法で、厚さ50μmを有する耐光性フィルムを製造した。
前記剛性層と前記軟性層の重量比を5:1の比率で押出を行ったこと以外は前記実施例1と同じ方法で、厚さ50μmを有する耐光性フィルムを製造した。
前記軟性層のPBTグリコール共重合体の代わりに、CHDM基を10〜70%以上含有したPETグリコールを用いて剛性層と軟性層の重量比が20:1になるように押出を行ったこと以外は前記実施例1と同じ方法で、厚さ50μmを有する耐光性フィルムを製造した。
剛性層と軟性層の重量比が1:1になるように押出を行ったこと以外は前記比較例1と同じ方法で、厚さ50μmを有する耐光性フィルムを製造した。
剛性層と軟性層の重量比が5:1になるように押出を行ったこと以外は前記比較例1と同じ方法で、厚さ50μmを有する耐光性フィルムを製造した。
前記PET樹脂の代わりに、ポリエチレンナフタレートを用いて、剛性層と軟性層の重量比が20:1になるように押出を行ったこと以外は前記比較例1と同じ方法で、厚さ50μmを有する耐光性フィルムを製造した。

前記PET樹脂の代わりに、結晶化度70%の共重合ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂を用いて、剛性層と軟性層の重量比が20:1になるように押出を行ったこと以外は前記比較例1と同じ方法で、厚さ50μmを有する耐光性フィルムを製造した。
結晶化度75%のPET樹脂(SKC製)を120℃で約2時間以上、次いで180℃で約3時間以上真空乾燥し、280℃で溶融した後、押出機を用いてシートを製造した。
比較例8ではポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)樹脂を用い、比較例9ではポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)樹脂を用い、比較例10ではPTMEG(一般的なグレード)を60%含有したPBTグリコール共重合体樹脂を用い、比較例11では結晶化度70%のPETグリコール共重合体樹脂をそれぞれ用いた事以外は、通常の押出方法を行い、比較例7と同じ方法で厚さ50μmを有する単層のフィルムを製造した。結果を下記表1に示す。
<物性測定>
前記実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜11により製造した太陽電池用耐候性フィルムの物性を以下の方法で測定し、その結果を下記表2に示した。
120℃、2atm雰囲気下でフィルムを50時間エージングし、ASTM D882を用いてフィルムの破断伸長を測定した。この場合、エージングのないフィルムの破断伸長を100%とする。

フィルムを幅21.0cm、長さ29.7cmサイズに切断した後、フィルムの表面についた異物を除去し、光透過率測定機に入れて透過率を測定した。この場合、単位は%で表記される(ASTM D1003 MODE)。

Claims (8)
- ポリエステルまたはコポリエステル高分子樹脂を含む剛性層と、
ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコールを含有したポリブチレンテレフタレートグリコール共重合体を含む軟性層とが
多層形状に積層されたことを特徴とする太陽電池用耐候性フィルム。 - 前記高分子樹脂は、結晶化度が75〜95%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐候性フィルム。
- 前記軟性層のポリブチレンテレフタレートグリコール共重合体は、ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコールを10〜60%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐候性フィルム。
- 前記剛性層と前記軟性層が0.1〜100:1の重量比(押出量比、kg/hr)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐候性フィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、押出後、縦方向及び横方向に1.5〜5.0倍の範囲で延伸することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐候性フィルム。
- 前記フィルムの厚さが5〜700μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐候性フィルム。
- 耐加水分解性テストで、伸長変化率が20〜90%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐候性フィルム。
- 前記フィルムの可視透過率が80〜95%、ヘイズが0.1〜5%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐候性フィルム。
