Claims (15)
- a.骨折部を架橋するための創内固定器であって、前記創内固定器は、複数の層を有し、前記複数の層の各層が、熱可塑性成分および繊維成分を含み、選択された繊維角度パターンを有する、創内固定器と、
b.初めの層から最終層にかけて対称的に構成された、前記選択された繊維角度パターンと、
c.概して逆の繊維角度パターンを有する少なくとも2つの層を含む、前記対称的な繊維角度パターンの構成と
を含む、デバイス。 - 前記創内固定器は、髄内釘および骨プレートの一方である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 各層について、層の前記繊維が、概して平行である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 耐磨耗性材料からなるスリーブをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- X線不透過性マーカをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 埋設される電子構成要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記層の選択された繊維角度パターンが、前記デバイスが選択された剛性特性を示すように選択される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 繊維成分を実質的に含まない熱可塑性材料からなる外部コーティングをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記外部コーティングは、テープまたはトウの形態の層を含む、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 固定具を受けるための創内固定器を貫通して形成された孔をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記孔から離間されたセンサをさらに備える、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記孔内に配設されるスリーブをさらに備え、前記スリーブは前記固定具を中に受けるように構成される、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記創内固定器は、髄内釘であり、前記髄内釘は、ヘッド、シャフト、および前記ヘッドと前記シャフトとの間の移行領域を備える、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ヘッドは、前記シャフトの層数よりも多数の層を備える、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
