Claims (13)
- 0.900〜0.940g/cm3の密度及び数学式1及び数学式2で表されたビカット軟化点との関係を満足する落球衝撃強度F値を有する、エチレンと(C3〜C18)のα−オレフィンコモノマーが重合されたエチレン共重合体。
前記VはASTM D1525によって測定されたビカット軟化点であり、Fは落球衝撃強度である。 - 前記(C3〜C18)のα−オレフィンコモノマーは、プロピレン、1−ブテン、1−ペンテン、4−メチル−1−ペンテン、1−ヘキセン、1−オクテン、1−デセン、1−ドデセン及びこれらの混合物から選択される請求項1に記載のエチレン共重合体。
- 前記α−オレフィンコモノマーの含量は1〜40重量%である請求項2に記載のエチレン共重合体。
- 前記α−オレフィンコモノマーの含量は1〜30重量%である請求項3に記載のエチレン共重合体。
- 揮発分成分に基づいて決定された抽出物含量が0.1〜3.0重量%である請求項4に記載のエチレン共重合体。
- 前記数学式1、数学式2及び下記数学式3を満足する請求項5に記載のエチレン共重合体。
前記VはASTM D1525によって測定されたビカット軟化点であり、Fは落球衝撃強度である。 - 前記数学式1から数学式3及び下記数学式4を満足する請求項6に記載のエチレン共重合体。
前記VはASTM D1525によって測定されたビカット軟化点であり、Fは落球衝撃強度である。 - ヘイズが2〜16である請求項7に記載のエチレン共重合体。
- 高速耐衝撃破断エネルギーの値Eが下記数学式5及び数学式6を満足する請求項5に記載のエチレン共重合体。
前記VはASTM D1525によって測定されたビカット軟化点であり、Eは高速耐衝撃破断エネルギー値である。 - 密度が0.910〜0.940g/cm3である直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエチレン共重合体。
- 密度が0.900〜0.910g/cm3である超低密度エチレン共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエチレン共重合体。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか1項によるエチレン共重合体を利用して製造された単層または多層フィルム、射出製品、コンパウンド製品、シート製品または中空成形製品。
- 請求項10または11によるエチレン共重合体を利用して製造された単層または多層フィルム、射出製品、コンパウンド製品、シート製品または中空成形製品。
