Abstract
Description
I)シリコーンテキスタイル処理組成物を含有する油相およびカチオン界面活性剤の水溶液を混合して水中油型エマルジョンを形成し、
II)水反応性シリコン化合物を該水中油型エマルジョンに添加し、該水反応性シリコン化合物が該エマルジョンの油/水界面で重合して、シリコーン処理組成物を含有するコアおよびシリケートシェルを有するマイクロカプセルを形成することにより得られる。
I)シリコーンテキスタイル処理組成物を含有する油相およびカチオン界面活性剤の水溶液を混合して水中油型エマルジョンを形成し、
II)水反応性シリコン化合物を該水中油型エマルジョンに添加し、該水反応性シリコン化合物がエマルジョンの油/水界面で重合して、シリコーン処理組成物を含有するコアおよびシリケートシェルを有するマイクロカプセルを形成することにより得ることができる。

1.柔軟性−テキスタイル表面の手触りの評価
2.DIN4102−B2に従う難燃性
3.物質の環境への優しさ、すなわち無溶剤および/または取り扱いやすさ
について評価した。結果を表2にまとめる。

「+」=いくらか、許容範囲
「++」=良好
「+++」=極めて良好
結果を表3にまとめる。
物質M17を、単独でまたは市販のフルオロカーボンPYMAGARD USD(PYMAG,S.A.、スペイン、バルセロナ)と組み合わせて、パディング機を用いて綿およびポリエステル綿織物に塗布した。M17およびフルオロカーボンを質量比1:2で混合した。M17とフルオロカーボンとの極めて良好な親和性が見られた。乾燥織物を疎水性および柔軟性について上記の方法で試験した。撥油性をAATCC試験法118−2002に従って測定した。この方法は、標準的な試験液(選択された一連の炭化水素)の滴を異なる表面張力で織物表面上に置き、ウエッティング、ウィッキングおよび接触角を観察することからなる。次に、テキスタイルを1〜6でランク付けしたが、より大きい数は織物がより大きい撥油性を有することを示す。結果を表5に示す。物質FCはフルオロカーボン単独であり、織物にまったく柔軟性をもたらさなかった。
Claims (12)
- シリコーンテキスタイル処理組成物の懸濁シリケートシェルのマイクロカプセルを含む組成物であって、該シリケートシェルマイクロカプセルがI)シリコーンテキスタイル処理組成物を含有する油相およびカチオン界面活性剤の水溶液を混合して水中油型エマルジョンを形成し、II)水反応性シリコン化合物を該水中油型エマルジョンに添加して、該水反応性シリコン化合物を該エマルジョンの油/水界面で重合し、シリコーンテキスタイル処理組成物を含有するコアおよびシリケートシェルを有するマイクロカプセルを形成することにより得られることを特徴とする組成物。
- 前記シリコーン処理組成物がシラノール末端ポリジアルキルシロキサン流体を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記シリコーン処理組成物がa)シロキサン樹脂およびb)ポリジアルキルシロキサン流体を含む請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリジアルキルシロキサン流体対シロキサン樹脂の質量比が0.5/1〜4/1である請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記シロキサン樹脂がDT樹脂である請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記シロキサン樹脂がMQ樹脂である請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記水反応性シリコン化合物がテトラエトキシシランを含む請求項1に記載の組成物。
- フルオロカーボンをさらに含む請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物をテキスタイルに塗布することを特徴とするテキスタイルの処理方法。
- 前記テキスタイルにオルガノポリシロキサン縮合触媒または結合剤から選択された助剤を塗布することをさらに備える請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記テキスタイルにフルオロカーボンから選択された助剤を塗布することをさらに備える請求項9に記載の方法。
- テキスタイルの表面特性をコンディショニング、疎水化または柔軟化する際のシリコーンテキスタイル処理組成物の使用であって、該シリコーンテキスタイル処理組成物を該シリコーンテキスタイル処理組成物を含有するコアおよびシリケートシェルを有するシリケートシェルのマイクロカプセルとして用いる琴を特徴とする使用。
