Claims (10)
- ターボ機械用の高圧タービンであって、タービンが、ディスク(24)のハブ(64)を収容する半径方向内側環状空洞(72)を2つの半径方向外側環状空洞から分離する上流および下流環状フランジ(30、32;40、42)を有する少なくとも1つの羽根付きロータディスク(24)を含み、2つのうち1つの空洞(50)が、ディスクより上流にあって、ディスクのはねを通気するための、燃焼チャンバ端から来る空気のストリーム(48)を受け、もう一方の空洞(88)がディスクより下流にあって、タービンが、ディスクの上流フランジ(30、32)が、ディスク(24)のハブ(64)を通気するために上流半径方向外側空洞(50)を半径方向内側空洞(72)と連通させる手段(74)を含むことを特徴とする、高圧タービン。
- 上流半径方向外側空洞(50)を半径方向内側空洞(72)と連通させる手段がディスクの上流フランジ(30)の上流面に形成された放射状溝(74)を含み、これらの溝(74)が、上流フランジ(30)と、前記フランジが接続されるターボ機械の回転部品との間に、空気流路を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高圧タービン。
- ディスクの下流フランジ(40)が、半径方向内側空洞(72)を下流半径方向外側空洞(88)と連通させる手段(84)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の高圧タービン。
- 下流半径方向外側空洞(88)を半径方向内側空洞(72)と連通させる手段が、ディスクの下流フランジ(40)の下流面に形成された放射状溝(84)を含み、これらの溝(84)が、下流フランジ(40)と、フランジが接続されるターボ機械の回転部品(82)との間に空気流路を形成することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の高圧タービン。
- 半径方向内側空洞(72)が、その上流端がディスク(24)の上流フランジ(30)を担持する構成要素(28)に固定され、その下流端がディスクの下流フランジ(40)を担持する構成要素(82)に固定されている円筒形シュラウドまたはシース(80)によって、半径方向内向きに定義されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の高圧タービン。
- シース(80)がターボ機械の低圧タービンの軸(91)と協働して、ターボ機械の高圧圧縮機の段から送られる通気空気(66)を送達するための環状通路(90)を定義することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の高圧タービン。
- ディスク(24)の上流フランジ(30)を担持する構成要素が、ラビリンスシール(36)を担持し、燃焼チャンバ端から送られる空気(48)のストリームを通過させるためのオリフィス(62)を含む、ロータディスク(28)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の高圧タービン。
- ラビリンスシール(36)を担持するディスク(28)のオリフィス(62)が、燃焼チャンバの内壁(58)に固定された注入器(52)に合わせて形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の高圧タービン。
- ディスクの下流フランジ(40)を担持する構成要素がロータの駆動コーン(82)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の高圧タービン。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の高圧タービンを含むことを特徴とする、ターボ機械。
