Abstract
Description
(A)少なくとも1つの顔料不含塗膜、
(B)少なくとも1つの色付与および/または効果付与する塗膜、および
(C)少なくとも1つの透明塗膜を含む、
この場合、塗膜(A)は、プライマーサーフェイサー塗膜の代替となる、支持体上の色付与および/または効果付与するマルチコート仕上塗膜が見い出された。
(i)プライマー塗布されていない支持体、
(ii)少なくとも1つの硬化されていないかまたは部分的にのみ硬化されたプライマー(G)で被覆された支持体または
(iii)少なくとも1つの完全に硬化されたプライマー(G)で被覆された支持体上に連続的に塗布し、
(1)塗料材料(A’)、(B’)および(C’)の生じる湿式層、または
(2)(A’)、(B’)および(C’)、および硬化されていないかまたは部分的にのみ硬化されたプライマー(G)を一緒に硬化させることによって得られる。
1)水性透明シーラーの製造
層構造を有する合成ナトリウムアルミニウム珪酸塩のペースト18.0部、水中で3%で(濃稠化剤、Laporte社)、を装入し、攪拌しながら順次にポリウレタン分散液25.0部(EP−P−787159、第15頁、第20行〜第16頁第2行に記載のポリウレタン分散液B)およびポリエステル樹脂溶液3.0部(EP−P−787159、第15頁第1〜17行に記載のポリエステル樹脂溶液A)、ブチルグリコール3.3部、市販のメラミン樹脂4.8部(Cytec Industries社のCymel 327)、中和溶液0.3部(ジメチルエタノールアミン、水中で10質量%)、ポリウレタン変性されたポリアクリレート(EP−P−787159、第16頁、第30行〜第17頁第38行に記載のポリアクリレートD)、イソプロパノール2.7部、エチルヘキサノール2.4部、脱イオン水6.0部、Nopco DSX 1550(ポリウレタン濃稠化剤、Henkel社)とブチルグリコールとからの混合物1.2部(比1:1)、脱イオン水6.3部と混合する。
トップコートの有効寿命を試験するために、水性透明シーラー(製造過程参照)を15μmの層厚で試験パネル上に塗布し、80℃で10分間予め乾燥した。試験パネルは、通常の公知の方法で陰極で析出されかつ焼き付けられた2回の電着塗装により被覆された鋼支持体(車体まわりの作業用薄板)からなる。
Claims (14)
- 次の順序で重なり合って存在する、
(A)少なくとも1つの顔料不含塗膜、
(B)少なくとも1つの色付与および/または効果付与する塗膜、および
(C)少なくとも1つの透明塗膜を含む、支持体上の色付与および/または効果付与するマルチコート仕上塗膜。 - 塗膜(A)は、熱的に硬化可能および/または化学線で硬化可能な透明塗料材料(A’)からもたらされる、請求項1記載のマルチコート仕上塗膜。
- 塗料材料(A’)は、クリヤコート材料である、請求項2記載のマルチコート仕上塗膜。
- 塗料材料(A’)は、水性塗料材料である、請求項2または3に記載のマルチコート仕上塗膜。
- 塗膜(B)は、熱的に硬化可能および/または化学線で硬化可能な透明塗料材料(B’)からもたらされる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のマルチコート仕上塗膜。
- 塗料材料(B’)は、ベースコート材料である、請求項5記載のマルチコート仕上塗膜。
- 塗料材料(B’)は、水性塗料材料である、請求項5または6に記載のマルチコート仕上塗膜。
- 塗料材料(B’)は、色付与および/または効果付与する顔料を含有する、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項に記載のマルチコート仕上塗膜。
- 塗料材料(B’)は、機能性顔料を含有する、請求項5から8までのいずれか1項に記載のマルチコート仕上塗膜。
- 塗膜(C)は、熱的に硬化可能および/または化学線で硬化可能な透明塗料材料(C’)からもたらされる、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のマルチコート仕上塗膜。
- 支持体は、金属、プラスチック、ガラス、木材、皮革、織物、セラミックまたは天然石からなる、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のマルチコート仕上塗膜。
- 支持体上に請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の色付与および/または効果付与するマルチコート仕上塗膜を形成させる方法において、少なくとも1つの塗料材料(A’)、少なくとも1つの塗料材料(B’)および少なくとも1つの他の塗料材料(C’)を、
(i)プライマー塗布されていない支持体、
(ii)少なくとも1つの硬化されていないかまたは部分的にのみ硬化されたプライマー(G)で被覆された支持体または
(iii)少なくとも1つの完全に硬化されたプライマー(G)で被覆された支持体上に連続的に塗布し、
(1)塗料材料(A’)、(B’)および(C’)の生じる湿式層、または
(2)(A’)、(B’)および(C’)、および硬化されていないかまたは部分的にのみ硬化されたプライマー(G)を一緒に硬化させることによって得られることを特徴とする、支持体上に請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の色付与および/または効果付与するマルチコート仕上塗膜を形成させる方法。 - 塗料材料(A’)、(B’)および(C’)を空気噴霧塗布または静電噴霧塗布(ESTA)により、特に高速回転ベルを用いて塗布する、請求項12記載の方法。
- 支持体を塗装するための請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載のマルチコート仕上塗膜の使用。
