Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- バッテリーカートリッジであって、
バッテリーカートリッジの中に取り付けられたプレート形状バッテリーセルを備えてなり、
前記バッテリーカートリッジが、一対のプレート形状フレームを備えてなり、
前記バッテリーセルの側部が開いている状態で、前記プレート形状フレームが、前記バッテリーセルの対向する側部を、前記バッテリーセルの縁部で固定するように構成されてなり、
前記プレート形状フレームのそれぞれが、前記プレート形状フレームの内側に、前記バッテリーセルの前記縁部と接触して配置されて、前記バッテリーセルの前記縁部を圧迫するように構成された弾性圧迫部材を備えてなる、バッテリーカートリッジ。 - 前記バッテリーセルが、前記バッテリーセルの縁部の少なくとも一部に形成された密封部分を備えてなり、及び
前記弾性圧迫部材が、各前記プレート形状フレームの上に、前記密封部分に対応する位置で取り付けられてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。 - 前記バッテリーセルが、熱溶接により前記縁部全体にわたって形成された密封部分を備えてなり、及び
前記弾性圧迫部材が、各前記プレート形状フレームの上に、閉じた長方形の形状で取り付けられる、請求項2に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。 - 前記バッテリーセルが、ラミネートシートから形成されたバッテリーケース中に取り付けられた電極アセンブリーを備えて成り、及び
前記バッテリーセルの前記縁部が密封されるように、前記ラミネートシートが熱溶接される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。 - 前記ラミネートシートのそれぞれが、外側被覆層と、金属遮蔽層と、及び内側シーラント層を備えてなる金属ラミネートシートである、請求項4に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。
- 前記弾性圧迫部材が、前記弾性圧迫部材を圧迫した時に高い弾性圧迫力を示す重合体樹脂から製造されてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。
- 前記弾性圧迫部材がゴムから製造されてなる、請求項6に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。
- 前記プレート形状フレームのそれぞれが、前記プレート形状フレームの内側に溝を備えてなり、
前記溝の中に前記弾性圧迫部材が取り付けられてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。 - 前記弾性圧迫部材が、各フレームの幅の10〜80%に等しい幅を有してなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。
- 前記弾性圧迫部材の前記幅が設定され、前記密封部分の前記末端が前記弾性圧迫部材により外側から密封されてなる、請求項2に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。
- 前記プレート形状フレームのそれぞれが、前記プレート形状フレームの外側にも弾性圧迫部材を備えてなる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。
- 前記プレート形状フレームのそれぞれが、一個以上のスルーホールを有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーカートリッジを2個以上積み重ねて形成されてなる、バッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーカートリッジがスルーホールを有し、前記スルーホールを介して連結部材を挿入し、前記積み重ねたバッテリーカートリッジ同士を互いに連結してなる、請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーカートリッジ間に配置された放熱部材をさらに備えてなる、請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記放熱部材がプレートの形状に形成されてなり、及び
前記放熱部材の少なくとも一部が、前記積み重ねられたバッテリーカートリッジから外向きに露出してなる、請求項15に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記放熱部材が、空冷式冷却フィン又は水冷式冷却プレートである、請求項16に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車又はプラグ−インハイブリッド電気自動車のための電力供給源として使用される、請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
