Description
本明細書中に使用されるように、「領域」という用語は、1つ以上の設備機器、及び/又は1つ以上の副領域を含む場所を指すことができる。設備機器としては、1つ以上の反応器もしくは反応槽、加熱器、分離装置、ホッパー、ドラム、交換器、パイプ、弁、ポンプ、圧縮器、送風器、制御器を含むことができる。また、反応器や槽等の設備機器は、更に1つ以上の領域又は副領域を含むことができる。
(1)アルミナ、マグネシア、チタニア、ジルコニア、クロミア、酸化亜鉛、トリア、ボリア、シリカ・アルミナ、シリカ・マグネシア、クロミア・アルミア、アルミア・ボリア、又はシリカ・ジルコニア等の耐火性無機酸化物;
(2)セラミック、磁器、又はボーキサイト;
(3)シリカまたはシリカゲル、炭化珪素、粘土、又は、合成もしくは天然の珪酸塩で、酸処理をされていてもいなくてもよく、例えば、アタパルガス粘土、珪藻土、フラー土、カオリン、キーザルガー;
(4)水素の形でもよく、最も好ましくは、陽イオン交換サイトを占める1つ以上のアルカリ金属を有する非酸性形である、X−ゼオライト、Y−ゼオライト、モルデナイト、β-ゼオライト、Ω-ゼオライト、又はL−ゼオライト等の結晶性ゼオライトアルミノケイ酸塩;
(5)アルミノリン酸塩、又はシリコアルミノリン酸塩等の非ゼオライト分子篩;又は、
(6)1つ以上のこれらのグループからの1つ以上の材料の組み合わせ
を挙げられる。
γ−アルミナ表面にPt,Sn、及びClを含む未使用の市販の連続再生触媒の200ccを、各々50ccの触媒を含有する4つの床で石英反応器に充填した。床は、順番に反応器の上部に最も近くに位置する床を床5、反応器の底部に最も近くに位置する床を床2と番号付けした。床は石英ウールによって分離されている。反応器の底部、即ち床1に、γ−アルミナ担体の200ccの床を装填した。触媒及び担体の初期のインジウム濃度は0wt%であった。最上段の床の上方にスペーサーを置いた。
Claims (10)
- 接触ナフサ改質装置において、その場で触媒粒子に少なくとも1種の促進剤金属を添加する方法であって、
促進剤金属を含む化合物を、接触ナフサ改質装置に、600℃未満の温度を含む促進剤金属を触媒粒子に添加するために有効な条件のもとで導入することを含み、
該促進剤金属が、ナフサ改質反応に関して、該触媒粒子の選択性または活性を向上させるために、または該触媒粒子の活性低下を抑えるために有効である、方法。 - 前記接触ナフサ改質装置が移動床連続再生式装置であり、前記促進剤金属を含む前記化合物が、40〜600℃の温度、及び100kPa(絶対圧)〜520kPa(絶対圧)の圧力で運転される領域に導入され、該領域が、該移動床連続再生式装置の酸化領域、再分散領域、乾燥領域、冷却領域、あるいはこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接触ナフサ改質装置が固定床であり、前記促進剤金属を含む前記化合物が、前記触媒が再生されている間であるコークス燃焼工程、実証燃焼工程、オキシ塩素化工程、または、それらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる1つの工程中に再生ガスに導入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記促進剤金属を含む前記化合物が、前記接触ナフサ改質装置に入るナフサ原料流に導入されるか、または、ハロゲン含有化合物及び水を有する共原料として導入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記促進剤金属が、IIIA族(IUPAC13)元素、IVA族(IUPAC14)元素、及び希土類元素から成る群から選ばれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記促進剤金属を含む前記化合物が溶液である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記促進剤金属がインジウムを含み、前記触媒粒子が、少なくとも1種の促進剤金属をその場で前記触媒粒子に添加する前に、前記触媒粒子の重量に対して、重量で1.0%以下のインジウムを含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該改質装置が、還元領域;反応領域;及び、酸化領域、再分散領域、乾燥領域、及び冷却領域を含む再生領域、を含み、
前記促進剤金属を含む前記化合物を、前記還元領域、前記反応領域、及び前記再生領域の中の少なくとも1つに加えることを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記促進剤金属を含む前記化合物が、
前記還元領域又は前記反応領域に導入されて、前記促進剤金属の前記触媒粒子への添加が水素を含む還元雰囲気で起こるか、または、
前記再生領域に導入されて、前記促進金属の前記触媒粒子への添加が酸素を含む酸化雰囲気で起こる、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 還元雰囲気を含む第1領域、及び酸化雰囲気を含む第2領域を含む改質装置において促進剤金属をその場で添加するシステムであって、
少なくとも1つの触媒粒子に添加される促進剤金属を含む少なくとも1つの化合物を含有し、かつ触媒粒子の選択性もしくは活性を向上させるため、又は触媒粒子の活性低下を抑えるための前記少なくとも1つの触媒粒子への前記促進剤金属の有効量の添加を促進する条件で作動する改質装置を含む、システム。
