Claims (14)
- 前側面及び後側面を有する光学素子と、
回折近集光パワー及び回折遠集光パワーを提供するように前記面のうちの一つに配置される回折領域と、を備え、
前記光学素子は、一つの屈折集光パワーを提供するための中心屈折領域を有し、
前記回折領域は、複数のステップにより相互に分離される複数の回折ゾーンを含み、
前記屈折集光パワーへ提供する光を増加させるために、前記中心屈折領域の位相を変更するように、第1のステップの高さが、第2のステップの高さと異なる、眼内レンズ(IOL)。 - 前記前側面及び前記後側面のそれぞれは中心屈折領域を含む、請求項1に記載のIOL。
- 前記前側面及び前記後側面のうちの何れかの前記中心屈折領域は、略0.5mmから略2mmまでの範囲内の直径を有する、請求項2に記載のIOL。
- 前記前側面及び前記後側面のそれぞれの前記中心屈折領域は、略球面のプロファイルを有する、請求項2に記載のIOL。
- 前記中心屈折領域の外側の前記回折領域は、略非球面のベースプロファイルを有する、請求項4に記載のIOL。
- 前記回折領域は、当該回折領域が配置される面の前記中心屈折領域を少なくとも部分的に囲む、請求項2に記載のIOL。
- 前記回折領域に係る前記遠集光パワーは、前記光学素子の中心屈折領域により提供される前記屈折集光パワーと略一致する、請求項1に記載のIOL。
- 前記光学素子は、外側屈折領域を含む、請求項1に記載のIOL。
- 前記外側屈折領域は、前記中心領域により提供される前記屈折集光パワーと略等しい集光パワーを提供する、請求項8に記載のIOL。
- 前記面のうちの少なくとも一つは、レンズの収差を制御するように適合された非球面のベースプロファイルを示す、請求項1に記載のIOL。
- 前記中心屈折領域は、略球面のプロファイルを有する、請求項1に記載のIOL。
- 前記中心屈折領域の外側の前記回折領域は、略非球面のベースプロファイルを有する、請求項11に記載のIOL。
- 前側面及び後側面を有する光学素子を提供し、
前記光学素子を患者の目の中に埋め込むことを含み、
前記光学素子は、
一つの屈折集光パワーを提供するための中心屈折領域と、
回折近集光パワー及び回折遠集光パワーを提供するように前記面のうちの一つに配置される回折領域と、を有し、
前記回折領域は、複数のステップにより相互に分離される複数の回折ゾーンを含み、
前記屈折集光パワーへ提供する光を増加させるために、前記中心屈折領域の位相を変更するように、第1のステップの高さは、第2のステップの高さと異なる、視力を補正する方法。 - 遠焦点を生成するために適合されたベースプロファイルを有する前側面及び後側面を有する光学素子を形成し、
前記面が中心屈折領域及び外側屈折領域を含むように、前記面のうちの少なくとも一つに回折構造を生成することを含み、
前記回折構造は、近焦点の光学パワーを提供するとともに、前記遠焦点の光学パワーに影響を与え、
前記回折構造は、複数のステップにより相互に分離される複数の回折ゾーンを含み、
前記遠焦点の光学パワーへ提供する光を増加させるために、前記中心屈折領域の位相を変更するように、第1のステップの高さは、第2のステップの高さと異なる、眼科用レンズを製造する方法。
