Claims (13)

  1. パーキンソン病またはパーキンソン病への易罹患性の処置において使用するための繊維状バクテリオファージであって、前記繊維状バクテリオファージは(i)哺乳動物細胞内部移行シグナル;(ii)α−シヌクレイン抗原もしくはα−シヌクレイン抗体;(iii)β−アミロイド抗原もしくはβ−アミロイド抗体;または(iv)炎症誘発性サイトカインに特異的な抗体を提示しない、前記繊維状バクテリオファージ。
  2. ーキンソン病に罹患した患者またはパーキンソン病に罹患し易い患者を処置するための組成物であって、前記組成物は繊維状バクテリオファージを含み、前記バクテリオファージは(i)哺乳動物細胞内部移行シグナル;(ii)α−シヌクレイン抗原もしくはα−シヌクレイン抗体;(iii)β−アミロイド抗原もしくはβ−アミロイド抗体;または(iv)炎症誘発性サイトカインに特異的な抗体を提示しない、前記組成物
  3. 前記バクテリオファージがWTファージである、請求項記載の繊維状バクテリオファージ
  4. 前記バクテリオファージがUV照射されたファージである、請求項記載の繊維状バクテリオファージ
  5. 維状バクテリオファージが、M13、f1およびfdバクテリオファージ、並びにその混合物から選択される、請求項記載の繊維状バクテリオファージ
  6. 維状バクテリオファージがM13である、請求項記載の繊維状バクテリオファージ
  7. バクテリオファージがWTファージである、請求項2記載の組成物。
  8. バクテリオファージがUV照射されたファージである、請求項7記載の組成物。
  9. 組成物が鼻腔内投与のために製剤化される、請求項2記載の組成物。
  10. 組成物が脳内への注入のために製剤化される、請求項2記載の組成物。
  11. 繊維状バクテリオファージが、M13、f1およびfdバクテリオファージ、並びにその混合物から選択される、請求項2記載の組成物。
  12. 繊維状バクテリオファージがM13である、請求項11記載の組成物。
  13. パーキンソン病に罹患した患者またはパーキンソン病に罹患し易い患者を処置するための薬の製造における、請求項1および3〜6のいずれか一項記載の繊維状バクテリオファージの使用
