Description
Claims (22)
- 点滴液(IV)の輸送システムの使い捨て部分であって、
IV液の検知領域内に配置された場合に輸液パラメータを検知するよう構成されたセンサと、
輸液システムの非使い捨て部分と無線通信するよう構成された送受信部と、を備える使い捨て部分。 - 前記送受信部は、エネルギを放射的に受け、その放射的に受けたエネルギを使用して前記センサに動作電力を提供するよう構成された無線周波数(RF)送受信部である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは、流体圧力センサ、エアインライン検出センサおよび流体温度センサのうちのひとつである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記送受信部は、近距離無線通信(NFC)プロトコルを使用して通信するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記使い捨て部分はさらに、保持されるデータを放射殺菌から保護するよう構成された部分を有するメモリを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記使い捨て部分はさらに、前記メモリ、前記センサおよび前記送受信部と通信可能に結合されたプロセッサを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記使い捨て部分は、前記非使い捨て部分をIV液から流体的に分離するよう、かつ、前記使い捨て部分から電気的に絶縁するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記メモリは一意的識別値を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサおよび前記センサは、単一の集積回路(IC)パッケージに実装される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは、前記プロセッサを有する集積回路パッケージに対して外側にあり、前記センサは、前記集積回路パッケージに対して外側にあるコネクタを介して前記プロセッサと通信可能に結合される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記コネクタは蒸着導電性ワイヤを有する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 流体ポンプのプロセッサに実装される輸液方法であって、
使い捨て点滴(IV)輸送セットを検出するために無線スキャンを行うことと、
輸液セッションを開始するために、検出された使い捨てIV輸送セットを前記プロセッサ上にロードすることと、
検出された使い捨てIV輸送セットを前記流体ポンプとの動作のためにプログラムすることと、
前記IV輸送セットと無線通信することにより前記輸液セッションを監視することと、を含む方法。 - 前記監視ステップは、周期的にひとつ以上の流体パラメータを測定することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記監視ステップは、測定された流体パラメータの値が許容基準を満たさない場合、警告を発することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記監視ステップは、測定された流体パラメータの値が許容基準を満たさない場合、前記輸液セッションを一時停止することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 測定された流体パラメータの追加的測定を周期的に行うことと、
追加的測定からの値が許容基準を満たす場合、前記輸液セッションを再開することと、をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 - 輸液のための装置であって、
輸液パラメータを測定するよう構成されたセンサを含む使い捨て部分と、
流体から流体的に分離された非使い捨て部分と、を備え、
前記非使い捨て部分は、前記センサの動作パラメータを無線で制御するよう構成された中央処理装置(CPU)を含む、装置。 - 前記使い捨て部分は、前記非使い捨て部分からの無線送信されたエネルギによって無線で電力供給される、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記使い捨て部分は、輸液パラメータの測定値を前記非使い捨て部分に無線で送信するよう構成される、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記使い捨て部分はさらに、識別番号を前記非使い捨て部分に無線送信するよう構成される、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記CPUはさらに、前記動作パラメータに関するユーザ入力を受けるよう構成される、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記動作パラメータは前記センサによるサンプリングレートである、請求項17に記載の装置。
