Abstract
【解決手段】バスバー100を伝達する電流を検出する電流センサ1は、バスバー100に取り付けられた台座部10と、台座部10に搭載された磁性薄膜20と、磁性薄膜20に光を照射する発光装置と、発光装置から磁性薄膜20に照射され磁性薄膜20で反射した光を検出する受光装置と、受光装置によって検出された光信号を、バスバー100を伝達する電流に変換する差動増幅器と、磁性薄膜20のバスバー100に対する相対回転を規制する収容部材30およびピン40と、を備える。

Claims (5)
- 電流を伝達するバスバーを備え、前記バスバーを伝達する電流を検出する電流センサであって、
前記バスバーに取り付けられた台座部と、
前記台座部に搭載された磁性薄膜と、
前記磁性薄膜に光を照射する発光装置と、
前記発光装置から前記磁性薄膜に照射され前記磁性薄膜で反射した光を検出する受光装置と、
前記受光装置によって検出された光信号を、前記バスバーを伝達する電流に変換する演算装置と、
前記磁性薄膜の前記バスバーに対する相対回転を規制する回転規制部と、を備える、電流センサ。 - 前記回転規制部は、前記磁性薄膜の前記台座部への搭載位置を規制する搭載位置規制部と、前記台座部の前記バスバーに対する相対回転を規制する台座固定部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の電流センサ。
- 前記搭載位置規制部は、前記磁性薄膜を囲繞する壁部を有する、請求項2に記載の電流センサ。
- 前記台座固定部は、前記台座部から前記バスバー側へ突起して前記バスバーに形成された基準穴に挿通される、基準ピンを有する、請求項2または請求項3に記載の電流センサ。
- 前記磁性薄膜に照射される入射光と、前記磁性薄膜で反射する反射光との経路の、前記磁性薄膜の表面に対する角度を規制する、制限部材を備える、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の電流センサ。
