Abstract
【解決手段】ワークピースの表面を仕上げる方法は、以下の工程を有する。表面に対して垂直方向に向けられるレーザを提供する。除去しないほうがよい材料を表面から除去することなく、表面から突出した突起を除去するのに、レーザのエネルギー密度が十分となるように、レーザの焦点を表面上又は表面に隣接して合わせる。

Claims (6)
- ワークピースの表面を仕上げる方法であって、
前記表面に対して垂直方向に向けられるレーザを提供するステップと、
除去しないほうがよい材料を前記表面から除去することなく、前記表面から突出した突起を除去するのに、前記レーザのエネルギー密度が十分となるように、前記レーザの焦点を前記表面上又は前記表面に隣接して合わせるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記レーザが超高速パルス・レーザである、請求項1に記載の仕上げ方法。
- 前記レーザがフェムト秒レーザである、請求項1に記載の仕上げ方法。
- 前記レーザの焦点が、レンズで合わせられる、請求項1に記載の仕上げ方法。
- マシニング跡をほぼ有しない仕上げ表面を含み、前記マシニング跡は超高速パルス・レーザによって除去されたワークピース。
- 前記マシニング跡のレーザ除去が、融解段階なしに実現される、請求項5に記載のワークピース。
