Abstract
【解決手段】旋回電動機4が回生した回生電力が、蓄電装置5が充電可能な電力の最大量である最大許容充電量以上であるか否を判断し、最大許容充電量以上であると判断した場合に、発電電動機3にエンジン2をアシストさせることで、回生電力から最大許容充電量を差し引いた、余剰電力以上の電力を発電電動機3で消費させる。

Description
本発明の実施形態による建設機械1は、ハイブリッドショベルなどの建設機械であって、図1に示すように、エンジン2、エンジン2の出力軸に接続された発電電動機(電動機)3、下部走行体上に旋回自在に搭載された上部旋回体を旋回させる旋回電動機4、発電電動機3および旋回電動機4にそれぞれ電気的に接続された蓄電装置5、エンジン・電動機制御装置6などを有している。なお、図1においては、信号の送受信を行うための信号線を破線で図示している。
次に、図4に示すフローチャートを参照して、建設機械1の動作について説明する。
以上に述べたように、本実施形態に係る建設機械1によると、回生電力が最大許容充電量以上のとき、即ち、回生電力の一部を蓄電装置5に充電することができないときに、発電電動機3にエンジン2をアシストさせることで、回生電力から最大許容充電量を差し引いた電力、即ち、蓄電装置5に充電しきれない余剰電力以上の電力を発電電動機3で消費させる。これにより、蓄電装置5の容量を許容充電量の範囲内で最大限に使用して充電を行うことができるとともに、蓄電装置5に充電しきれない余剰電力を消費することができる。また、エンジン出力のアシストにより、エンジン2の燃料噴射量を低減させることができる。これにより、省エネ効果を得ることができる。
以上、本発明の実施形態を説明したが、具体例を例示したに過ぎず、特に本発明を限定するものではなく、具体的構成などは、適宜設計変更可能である。また、発明の実施の形態に記載された、作用及び効果は、本発明から生じる最も好適な作用及び効果を列挙したに過ぎず、本発明による作用及び効果は、本発明の実施の形態に記載されたものに限定されるものではない。

Claims (3)
- 上部旋回体が下部走行体上に旋回自在に搭載された建設機械において、
エンジンと、
前記エンジンの出力軸に接続され、電力を消費して前記エンジンをアシストすることが可能な電動機と、
前記上部旋回体を旋回させ、前記上部旋回体を制動させた際に回生電力を回生する旋回電動機と、
前記回生電力を検出する回生電力検出手段と、
前記電動機および前記旋回電動機にそれぞれ電気的に接続され、前記回生電力を充放電する蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置の充電率を検出する充電率検出手段と、
前記充電率検出手段が検出した前記充電率に基づいて、前記蓄電装置が充電可能な電力の最大量である最大許容充電量を算出する最大許容充電量算出手段と、
を有し、
前記回生電力検出手段が検出した前記回生電力が、前記最大許容充電量算出手段が算出した前記最大許容充電量以上の場合に、前記電動機に前記エンジンをアシストさせることで、前記回生電力から前記最大許容充電量を差し引いた電力以上の電力を前記電動機で消費させることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記エンジンの実回転数を検出する実回転数検出手段と、
前記エンジンの回転数を制御する回転数制御手段と、
を更に有し、
前記回転数制御手段は、前記実回転数検出手段が検出した前記実回転数と前記回転数制御手段が制御する前記回転数との差が所定の範囲を超えた場合に、前記回転数を低下させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記蓄電装置の温度を測定する温度測定手段を更に有し、
前記最大許容充電量算出手段は、前記温度測定手段が測定した前記蓄電装置の温度と、前記充電率検出手段が検出した前記充電率とに基づいて、前記最大許容充電量を算出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の建設機械。
