Abstract
【解決手段】ガス流8と作動媒体流との間で熱伝達を行うための内燃機関に用いる熱交換器18に関し、熱交換器18は、ガス流路38を含むハウジング28と、作動媒体路を導通させ、ガス流路38に設けられ、かつハウジング28の長手方向の中心軸31に沿って螺旋状に伸びる、少なくとも1つのコイル管29とを備える。ハウジング28と少なくとも1つのコイル管29との間に設けられた外側弾性軸受層32によって疲労強度を向上できる。

Claims (15)
- ガス流(8)と作動媒体流(10)との間で熱伝達を行うための内燃機関(1)に用いる熱交換器であって、
ガス流路(38)を含むハウジング(28)と
作動媒体路(30)を導通させ、前記ガス流路(38)に設けられ、かつ前記ハウジング(28)の長手方向の中心軸(31)に沿って螺旋状に伸びる、少なくとも1つのコイル管(29)と、
前記ハウジング(28)と前記少なくとも1つのコイル管(29)との間に設けられた外側弾性軸受層(32)と、を備えることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1の熱交換器において、
前記ハウジング(28)には、前記ハウジング(28)の長手方向の中心軸(31)と同軸上に伸びるコア管(33)が設けられ、
前記ガス流路(38)は、半径方向において前記ハウジング(28)と前記コア管(33)との間に形成され、前記少なくとも1つのコイル管(29)が前記ハウジング(28)と前記コア管(33)との間に設けられ、
前記コア管(33)は、前記少なくとも1つのコイル管(29)の領域における前記ガス流路(38)を迂回するバイパス路(35)を有することを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項2の熱交換器において、前記バイパス路(35)は、前記少なくとも1つのコイル管(29)の上流及び下流において前記ガス流路(38)に流体的に接続することを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項2又は3の熱交換器において、前記コア管(33)と前記少なくとも1つのコイル管(29)との間に設けられた内側弾性軸受層(37)を有することを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器において、前記コア管(33)は、前記バイパス路(35)の貫流可能断面を制御するための制御装置(39)を有することを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項2から5のいずれかに記載の熱交換器において、前記コア管(33)は前記ハウジング(28)の長手方向の両端において前記ハウジング(28)から突出し、前記ハウジング(28)のガス吸気口(43)及びガス排気口(44)を構成する、ことを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項5又は6の熱交換器において、前記コア管(33)は、前記ガス吸気口(43)を有する吸気部(48)と、前記ガス排気口(44)を有する排気部(49)と、前記制御装置(39)を有する制御部(50)の、3つの管部によって軸方向に組み立てられることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の熱交換器において、前記少なくとも1つのコイル管(29)は、前記ガス流路(38)内へ突出する複数のフィン(52)を備えることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の熱交換器において、前記弾性軸受層(32、37)はそれぞれ、セラミック繊維マット、編込ワイヤーメッシュ、編込金属メッシュ、金属発泡体、セラミック発泡体構造、耐熱材料、合成構造、又は吸収マットであることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の熱交換器において、前記軸受層(32、37)はそれぞれ、前記ガス流に対して露出する側に少なくとも設けられている取付用支え(53)を備えることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項10の熱交換器において、前記取付用支え(53)は、ワイヤーメッシュ、金属箔、グラファイト箔、グラファイト層、耐熱織物構造、耐熱性の繊維、金属製組みひも、ワイヤ編地、または金属発泡体であることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項10又は11の熱交換器において、前記軸受層(32、37)は繊維材料を備え、前記取付用支え(53)は前記繊維材料の繊維を通さないように構成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の熱交換器において、前記軸受層(32、37)のそれぞれは円周方向に伸びて閉じた軸受マットとして構成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の熱交換器において、前記軸受層(32、37)のそれぞれは、半径方向内側及び半径方向外側で隣接する各要素(28、29、33)に接触することを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の熱交換器において、前記軸受層(32、37)のそれぞれは半径方向に圧縮されることを特徴とする熱交換器。
