0.1〜20重量%の膨張パーライトと、
0.1〜10重量%の繊維と、
0.01〜2重量%の空気連行剤および発泡剤と、
0.01〜4重量%の加工助剤と、
を含む、耐火モルタル製造用組成物によって解決される。
Claims (15)
- 45〜70重量%のセメント結合剤と、
8〜20重量%のカルサイトと、
8〜20重量%のマイカと、
0〜5重量%のゾノトライトと、
0.1〜20重量%の膨張パーライトと、
0.1〜10重量%の繊維と、
0.01〜2重量%の空気連行剤および発泡剤と、
0.01〜4重量%の加工助剤と、
を含む、耐火モルタル製造用の組成物。 - 前記セメント結合剤が、ポルトランドセメント(CEM I)、ポルトランド複合セメント(CEM II)、高炉スラグセメント(CEM III)、ポゾランセメント(CEM IV)、他の複合セメント(CEM V)およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記セメント結合剤が、カルシウムアルミネートセメント、硫黄アルミネートセメントおよびそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記繊維が、PP繊維、PVA繊維、セルロース繊維、耐アルカリ性ガラス繊維を含むガラス繊維、ロックウール、ミネラルウール、スチール繊維およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3に記載の組成物。
- 前記膨張パーライトが、軽石、発泡ガラス、膨張粘土、発電所からのフライアッシュの中空セラミック球、剥離バーミキュライトおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるフィラーによって部分的にまたは完全に置換されている、請求項1〜4に記載の組成物。
- 前記加工助剤が、凝結遅延剤、凝結促進剤、流動化剤、ポンピング助剤、保水剤、チキソトロープ剤、撥水剤、水性再分散性ポリマーおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記繊維が、15mm未満の平均長さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記カルサイトが、200μm未満の粒子サイズ(重量によるd90)を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物および水、好ましくは30〜70重量%の請求項1〜8に記載の組成物および70〜30%の水、を混合することにより得ることができる、耐火モルタル。
- 請求項9に記載の耐火モルタルをスプレーまたはキャスティングすることにより得ることができる、耐火製品。
- キャスティングが、フィルタープレス、フローオンおよびマグナニ(Magnani)プロセスから選択される成形プロセスを含む、請求項10に記載の耐火製品。
- 1200kg/m3未満、好ましくは500〜1000kg/m3の嵩密度を有する、請求項10または11に記載の耐火製品。
- 基体上に、
請求項9に記載のモルタルをスプレーすること、および/または
請求項11または12に記載のキャスティングされた耐火製品を固定すること
を含む、耐火システムを提供する方法。 - 前記モルタルの中に金属またはプラスチックのメッシュを埋め込むことをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 耐火モルタルの製造のための、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
