Abstract
【解決手段】小径孔部および小径孔部より孔径の大きい大径孔部を有する外筒体と、フランジ部および軸部を有し、フランジ部および軸部に軸孔が形成され、外筒体の大径孔部内に、軸方向に摺動自在であってフランジ部が小径孔部側に位置するように配置された芯体と、拡縮径可能であって芯体の軸部の外径よりも大きい内径を有し、外筒体の大径孔部と芯体の前記軸部との間に軸方向に摺動自在に配置された保持部材とを備え、保持部材と芯体の軸部との間でホースを加締める管継手である。保持部材30が、周方向に配置された複数個の本体部31と、本体部の間を接合する接合部32とからなり、本体部が金属材料よりなるとともに、接合部が弾性材料よりなる。

フランジ部、および、該フランジ部に連なり該フランジ部より小径である軸部を有し、該フランジ部および軸部に軸孔が形成され、前記外筒体の前記大径孔部内に、軸方向に摺動自在であって該フランジ部が前記小径孔部側に位置するように配置された芯体と、
拡縮径可能であって前記芯体の前記軸部の外径よりも大きい内径を有し、前記外筒体の前記大径孔部と、前記芯体の前記軸部との間に軸方向に摺動自在に配置された保持部材とを備え、
前記保持部材と前記芯体の前記軸部との間でホースを加締める管継手であって、
前記保持部材が、周方向に配置された複数個の本体部と、該本体部の間を接合する接合部とからなり、該本体部が金属材料よりなるとともに、該接合部が弾性材料よりなることを特徴とするものである。
図1に、本発明の管継手の一例を示す半断面図を示す。図示するように、本発明の管継手は、外筒体10と、外筒体10の内部に、軸方向に摺動自在に配置された芯体20と、外筒体10と芯体20との間に、軸方向に摺動自在に配置された保持部材30とを備えている。

- 小径孔部、および、該小径孔部に連なり該小径孔部より孔径の大きい大径孔部を有する外筒体と、
フランジ部、および、該フランジ部に連なり該フランジ部より小径である軸部を有し、該フランジ部および軸部に軸孔が形成され、前記外筒体の前記大径孔部内に、軸方向に摺動自在であって該フランジ部が前記小径孔部側に位置するように配置された芯体と、
拡縮径可能であって前記芯体の前記軸部の外径よりも大きい内径を有し、前記外筒体の前記大径孔部と、前記芯体の前記軸部との間に軸方向に摺動自在に配置された保持部材とを備え、
前記保持部材と前記芯体の前記軸部との間でホースを加締める管継手であって、
前記保持部材が、周方向に配置された複数個の本体部と、該本体部の間を接合する接合部とからなり、該本体部が金属材料よりなるとともに、該接合部が弾性材料よりなることを特徴とする管継手。 - 前記弾性材料が、ゴム材料または樹脂材料である請求項1記載の管継手。
- 前記保持部材が、前記本体部を4〜10個有する請求項1または2記載の管継手。
- 前記保持部材が、前記接合部を形成する前記ゴム材料の、前記本体部に対する焼付加工により成形されてなる請求項2または3記載の管継手。
- 前記ホースが少なくとも1層の補強層を備える積層ホースであって、かつ、該補強層のうちの少なくとも1層が金属材料よりなる請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項記載の管継手。
