Abstract
【解決手段】第1の多孔質表面及び第2の多孔質表面、並びに第1の多孔質表面と第2の多孔質表面の間のバルクを含み、約2ナノメートル〜約50ナノメートルの細孔等級を有し、第1及び第2の多孔質表面が、融合ノード面積と非融合ノード面積の比として各々約1以上を有するPTFE多孔質膜、並びに前記膜の製造方法及び使用方法。

Claims (8)
- 第1の多孔質表面及び第2の多孔質表面、並びに第1の多孔質表面と第2の多孔質表面の間のバルクを含み、約2ナノメートル〜約50ナノメートルの範囲の細孔等級を有し、前記第1及び前記第2の多孔質表面が、融合ノード面積と非融合ノード面積の比として各々約1以上を有する、PTFE多孔質膜。
- 前記第1及び前記第2の多孔質表面が、融合ノード面積と非融合ノード面積の比として各々約1.5以上を有する、請求項1に記載のPTFE膜。
- 前記第1及び前記第2の多孔質表面が、融合ノード面積と非融合ノード面積の比として各々約1〜約5の範囲を有する、請求項1に記載のPTFE膜。
- 約5ナノメートル〜約20ナノメートルの範囲の細孔等級を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のPTFE膜。
- (a)PTFE多孔質膜に所与の暴露時間の間高圧をかけるステップと、
(b)続いて、前記PTFE多孔質膜を少なくとも約10秒の暴露時間の間約200℃以上325℃未満の高温にかけ、高温を受けている間、前記膜が加熱要素と接触しないステップと、
を含む、PTFE多孔質膜の製造方法。 - (b)が、前記PTFE多孔質膜を少なくとも約20秒の暴露時間の間約200℃〜約320℃の範囲の高温にかけ、高温を受けている間、前記膜が加熱要素と接触しないステップを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- (b)の暴露時間が少なくとも約45秒である、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造される膜。
