Abstract
【解決手段】LNG貯蔵タンク10からエンジン20まで連結された燃料供給ライン21と、燃料供給ライン21上に具備され、LNG貯蔵タンク10から排出されたLNGを加圧し、スタンバイモード時にクールダウンされるブースティングポンプ131と、ブースティングポンプ131から排出されたLNGを高圧で加圧する高圧ポンプ132と、LNG貯蔵タンク10と高圧ポンプ132との間に連結され、LNGを上流で回収する回収ラインと、を含むが、回収ラインは、前記ブースティングポンプ131がクールダウン動作する場合、高圧ポンプ132からLNGをLNG貯蔵タンク10に回収する。

Claims (11)
- LNG貯蔵タンクからエンジンまで連結された燃料供給ラインと、
前記燃料供給ライン上に具備され、前記LNG貯蔵タンクから排出されたLNGを加圧し、スタンバイモード時にクールダウンされるブースティングポンプと、
前記ブースティングポンプから排出された前記LNGを高圧で加圧する高圧ポンプと、
前記LNG貯蔵タンクと前記高圧ポンプとの間に連結され、前記LNGを上流で回収する回収ラインと、を含むが、
前記回収ラインは、前記ブースティングポンプがクールダウン動作する場合、前記高圧ポンプから前記LNGを前記LNG貯蔵タンクに回収することを特徴とするLNG燃料供給システム。 - 前記高圧ポンプは、
スタンバイモード時にクールダウンされ、前記ブースティングポンプのクールダウン動作が完了した後、クールダウン動作が開始されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLNG燃料供給システム。 - 前記回収ラインは、
前記高圧ポンプの内部に連結されることを特徴とする 請求項1に記載のLNG燃料供給システム。 - 前記回収ラインは、
前記高圧ポンプと前記エンジンとの間の前記燃料供給ラインから分岐されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLNG燃料供給システム。 - 前記ブースティングポンプは、
前記LNG貯蔵タンクから排出された前記LNGを1barないし25barで加圧し、
前記高圧ポンプは、前記LNGを200barないし400barで加圧することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLNG燃料供給システム。 - LNG貯蔵タンクからエンジンまで連結された燃料供給ラインと、
前記燃料供給ライン上に具備され、前記LNG貯蔵タンクから排出された前記LNGを加圧するブースティングポンプと、
前記ブースティングポンプから排出された前記LNGを高圧で加圧する高圧ポンプと、
前記LNG貯蔵タンクと前記高圧ポンプとの間に連結され、前記LNGを上流で回収する回収ラインとを含むが、
前記回収ラインは、前記ブースティングポンプのクールダウン動作の場合、前記高圧ポンプから前記LNGが前記LNG貯蔵タンクに回収するLNG燃料供給システムを駆動する方法において、
前記高圧ポンプから前記LNGが排出されることを遮断する段階と、
前記LNG貯蔵タンクから前記ブースティングポンプと前記高圧ポンプに前記LNGが移動する段階と、
前記高圧ポンプに流入された前記LNGを回収する段階と、
前記ブースティングポンプをクールダウンする段階と、
前記ブースティングポンプを一定の負荷で稼動する段階と、
前記高圧ポンプのクールダウン動作を完了する段階と、
前記ブースティングポンプと前記高圧ポンプとを正常稼動する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするLNG燃料供給システムの駆動方法。 - 前記高圧ポンプから前記LNGが排出されることを遮断する段階は、
前記高圧ポンプの出口を遮断することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のLNG燃料供給システムの駆動方法 。 - 前記高圧ポンプから前記LNGが排出されることを遮断する段階は、
前記高圧ポンプの下流を遮断することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のLNG燃料供給システムの駆動方法。 - 前記高圧ポンプに流入された前記LNGを回収する段階は、
前記高圧ポンプの下流で実行することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のLNG燃料供給システムの駆動方法 。 - 前記ブースティングポンプを一定の負荷で稼動する段階以後、前記高圧ポンプを一定の負荷で稼動させてクールダウンする段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のLNG燃料供給システムの駆動方法 。
- 前記LNGの供給取り消されると、前記ブースティングポンプおよび前記高圧ポンプのクールダウン動作を中断する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のLNG燃料供給システムの駆動方法。
