Abstract
熱交換器が自動車内で使用されている時に受ける様々な機械的圧力に対する耐性を高める。
【解決手段】
本発明の熱交換器は、ハウジングの少なくとも1つの第1部分、又は第2部分が、熱交換コア部の各積層プレートの一端と接触して、熱交換コア部がハウジングにろう付けされている。第1部分と第2部分のいずれか1方に設けた爪が、他方に設けた溝と係合している。

本発明は、熱交換コア部12とハウジング14を備えている熱交換器10に関し、前記ハウジング14内に、熱交換コア部12が収容されている。

Claims (9)
- 熱交換コア部(12)と、この熱交換コア部(12)を内部に収容しているハウジング(14)を備え、前記熱交換コア部(12)は積層プレート(16)を備えており、前記ハウジング(14)は、少なくとも1つの第1部分(32;36)と第2部分(30;34)からなる本体を備えており、前記第1部分(32;36)及び第2部分(30;34)のうちの、少なくとも1つは、熱交換コア部(12)の各積層プレート(16)の一端と接触して、前記熱交換コア部(12)が、前記ハウジング(14)にろう付けされている熱交換器において、
前記第1部分(32;36)と前記第2部分(30;34)は、熱交換器(10)の膨張を管理/調整するための、相互配置組立手段(42;46)を備え、この相互配置組立手段(42;46)は、前記第1部分(32;36)及び第2部分(30;34)のいずれか一方に設けた爪(42)と、他方に設けた溝(46)からなり、前記爪(42)は、前記溝(46)と嵌合するようになっていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 第1部分(32;36)は、第2部分(30;34)に関して、プレート(16)の積層方向に自由度を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 相互配置組立手段(42;46)は、第2部分(30;34)上への、第1部分(32;36)の位置決め手段でもあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジング(14)の第2部分(30;34)の少なくとも1つは、隆起部が隣接している外周部を備えており、この隆起部は、第1隆起部(44)と第2隆起部(40)とからなり、第1隆起部(44)は、ハウジング(14)の組立に関与し、第2隆起部(40)は、ハウジング(14)へのマニホールド(48)の組立に関与していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 第2部分(30;34)は、つめ部(42)を有する少なくとも1つの第1隆起部(44)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジング(14)は、冷却液が、熱交換器(10)を流出入するための2つの接続ノズル(18;20)を有する上面(32)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換コア部(12)が、ガスの循環用の第1通路と、冷却液の循環用の第2通路を画定していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジング(14)は、少なくとも4つの部分(30;32;34;36)から形成されているとともに、少なくとも1つの開口面を有し、前記4つの部分(30;32;34;36)は、ほぼ長方形の、4つのプレートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 第2部分は、U形をしており、第1部分は、第2部分用のカバーを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
