Claims (5)
- 外科装置を血管系内部に導入するためのイントロデューサ組立体であって、
装着機構を有している取り外し可能な拡張器と、
ハブと前記ハブから遠位に延在しているシースとを含んでいるイントロデューサであって、前記拡張器を移動可能な様態で受容するように動作可能であり、血管壁を貫通する穴を維持するように動作可能な前記イントロデューサと、
を備えていることを特徴とするイントロデューサ組立体。 - 前記イントロデューサの前記ハブが、止血シール、グロメット、又はOリングを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のイントロデューサ組立体。
- 前記取り外し可能な拡張器と前記イントロデューサとが、血液が血管系から漏出することを防止するように、摩擦嵌めによって一体に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のイントロデューサ組立体。
- イントロデューサセットが、シース状のイントロデューサと、血管拡張器と、案内ワイヤとを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のイントロデューサ組立体。
- 体内でカニューレを経組織装置に位置合わせするための段付きバルーンであって、
テーパ状遠位端と、テーパ状近位端と、前記テーパ状遠位端と前記テーパ状近位端との間に配設された位置合わせ区間と、を有している拡張可能部材であって、前記位置合わせ区間が、遠位部分と、前記遠位部分の直径よりも小さい直径に拡張可能である近位部分とを有し、前記位置合わせ区間が、前記経組織装置の内面に係合するように構成されている前記拡張可能部材と、
前記拡張可能部材から近位に延在している本体と、
を備えていることを特徴とする段付きバルーン。
