Abstract
Description
バイアル内に、ある量の化学物質を装填し、次いで、ある量の水を加え、これを十分に混合した。例えば、5.0gのAPTEOSおよび5.0gの水を十分に混合し、50%の水溶液を得た。これらの溶液を、表1に示されるように調製した。
上述したように調製したシリカ/PEI複合収着剤溶液を高気孔率ハニカム基体上に分布させた。基体上の固体収着材料の量は約10質量パーセントであった。サンプルのCO2捕捉能力は、9.2%のCO2、5.5%のH2O、および残りの量のN2を含むガス流を使用して試験した。吸着は室温で試験した。10分間から20分間の異なる吸着時間の4サイクルを測定した。H2Oの吸着ピークは検出されなかったが、H2Oの脱着曲線が100℃未満の温度で観察された。4サイクルに亘り、CO2捕捉能力は安定であった。CO2の吸着は3分以内に生じる。吸着中にサンプルの温度の上昇が観察された。このサンプルのCO2捕捉効率は約35%であった。
Claims (5)
- 気体からCO2を除去するための収着剤物品であって、
開放通路を画成する多孔質通路壁を備えた基体、および
前記多孔質通路壁の表面に分布した有機・無機複合収着材料、
を含み、
前記収着材料が、アミノ官能化アルコキシシランおよびシリル化ポリアミンに由来するものであり、
前記収着材料が、10g/l以上の量で存在し、
前記収着材料の少なくともいくらかが、前記多孔質通路壁内に存在し、該多孔質通路壁の内部にCO2収着部位を形成している、
収着剤物品。 - 前記収着材料がSPEI−シリカ材料を含む、請求項1記載の物品。
- 前記基体がハニカム形状である、請求項1または2記載の物品。
- 前記多孔質通路壁の気孔率が60%超である、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の物品。
- 前記収着材料が、ある温度でCO2を捕捉することができ、それより高い温度でCO2を放出することができる、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の物品。
