前記芳香族ビニル−シアン化ビニル系共重合体(B)は、芳香族ビニル化合物およびシアン化ビニル化合物の共重合体である。
前記ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(C)は、加水分解に強く、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の耐スクラッチ性を向上させることができる。
前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、射出成形性および物性バランスなどをさらに付与するために、追加的な添加剤(D)をさらに含むことができる。
ブチルアクリレートおよびスチレンが共重合された内部コアと、ブチルアクリレートゴムからなる外部コアとで構成された二重コア構造のブチルアクリレートゴム50重量部に対して、アクリロニトリル33重量%およびスチレン67重量%からなる単量体混合物50重量部を、グラフト乳化重合して製造された二重コア−シェル形態の、グラフトASA樹脂。
メチルメタクリレート−アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体であり、コア−シェル構造であり、シェルは、内郭シェルと外郭シェルとからなり、組成としては、ブタジエンゴム55重量部、メチルメタクリレート33重量部、アクリロニトリル3重量部、スチレン9重量部からなる、グラフトMABS樹脂。
アクリロニトリル含有量が20重量%およびスチレン含有量が80重量%であり、重量平均分子量が100,000である、SAN樹脂。
アクリロニトリル含有量が20重量%、スチレン含有量が65重量%、およびメタクリレート含有量が15重量%であり、重量平均分子量が100,000である、MSAN樹脂。
アクリロニトリル含有量が15重量%およびスチレン含有量が85重量%であり、重量平均分子量が120,000である、SAN樹脂。
アクリロニトリル含有量が32重量%およびスチレン含有量が68重量%であり、重量平均分子量が120,000である、SAN樹脂。
アクリロニトリル含有量が30重量%およびアルファメチルスチレン含有量が70重量%であり、重量平均分子量が120,000である、SAN樹脂。
メチルメタクリレートからなる、重量平均分子量が110,000である、PMMA樹脂。
前記言及された構成成分を用いて、下記の表1に示す組成により、各実施例1〜6および比較例1〜7による熱可塑性樹脂組成物を製造した。
前記製造された物性試験片は、下記の方法で物性を測定し、その結果を下記の表2に示した。
(4)耐候性:SAE J1960に基づいて測定(3,000時間、ΔE)
Claims (11)
- グラフトアクリル系共重合体(A);
芳香族ビニル−シアン化ビニル系共重合体(B);および
ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(C)を含み、
前記芳香族ビニル−シアン化ビニル系共重合体(B)は、5〜25重量%のシアン化ビニル化合物から誘導されるユニットを含むことを特徴とする、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物が、前記グラフトアクリル系共重合体(A)100重量部に対して、前記芳香族ビニル−シアン化ビニル系共重合体(B)50〜200重量部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物が、前記グラフトアクリル系共重合体(A)100重量部に対して、前記ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(C)50〜300重量部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記芳香族ビニル−シアン化ビニル系共重合体(B)および前記ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(C)の含有量の比が、6:4〜3:7であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記グラフトアクリル系共重合体(A)が、アクリル系ゴム状重合体に、前記芳香族ビニル系単量体、前記芳香族ビニル系単量体と共重合可能な単量体またはこれらの組み合わせがグラフト重合されてなる共重合体、またはこれらの2種以上の組み合わせであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記芳香族ビニル系単量体と共重合可能な単量体が、シアン化ビニル化合物を含み、前記シアン化ビニル化合物が、前記アクリル系ゴム状重合体にグラフト重合される単量体総量中、20〜30重量%の含有量で含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記芳香族ビニル−シアン化ビニル系共重合体(B)が、スチレンおよびアクリロニトリルの共重合体、α−メチルスチレンおよびアクリロニトリルの共重合体、またはスチレン、α−メチルスチレンおよびアクリロニトリルの共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(C)が、C1〜C10のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレートであって、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、グリシジル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートまたはこれらの組み合わせの重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物が、染料、顔料、難燃剤、充填剤、安定剤、滑剤、抗菌剤、離型剤またはこれらの組み合わせを含む添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を用いて製造されたことを特徴とする、成形品。
- ASTM D1003の基準によるヘイズ(haze)値が、5〜20であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の成形品。
