Abstract
【解決手段】スプリット弁100は、上方に向けて凸となる半球体の上部を構成し、球面12aが排出口4の球面状の座面11aに当接することで排出口4を閉塞するとともに下面に凹部12bを有する上部弁体12と、半球体の下部を構成し、球面32cが受入口5の球面状の座面31aに当接することで受入口5を閉塞するとともに上面に上部弁体12の凹部12bに嵌装される突出部32aを有する下部弁体32と、下部弁体32の下部に連結され下部弁体32を回動可能なシャフト33と、突出部32aと凹部12bとによって画成される気室にエア圧を給排する給排機構35と、を備え、下部弁体32の上面と上部弁体12の下面とを当接させ、気室のエアを真空引きすることで下部弁体32と上部弁体12とを密着させてからシャフト33を回動させ、下部弁体32及び上部弁体12を開放させる。

Claims (4)
- 容器に収容された粉粒体を受入容器に移すにあたって前記容器の下方に設けられる排出口と前記受入容器の上方に設けられる受入口とを連通させるスプリット弁であって、
上方に向けて凸となる半球体の上部を構成し、球面が前記排出口の球面状の座面に当接することで前記排出口を閉塞するとともに下面に凹部を有する上部弁体と、
前記半球体の下部を構成し、球面が前記受入口の球面状の座面に当接することで前記受入口を閉塞するとともに上面に前記上部弁体の前記凹部に嵌装される突出部を有する下部弁体と、
前記下部弁体の下部に連結され前記下部弁体を回動可能なシャフトと、
前記突出部と前記凹部とによって画成される気室にエア圧を給排する給排機構と、
を備え、
前記下部弁体の前記上面と前記上部弁体の前記下面とを当接させ、前記気室のエアを真空引きすることで前記下部弁体と前記上部弁体とを密着させてから前記シャフトを回動させ、前記下部弁体及び前記上部弁体を開放させる、
ことを特徴とするスプリット弁。 - 前記上部弁体の前記下面に対して摺接し、前記上部弁体の前記下面を支持するロック状態と前記下面を支持しないアンロック状態との間で切換可能な支持部材と、
前記受入口を昇降させる昇降機構と、
をさらに備え、
前記受入口を上昇させて前記突出部を前記凹部の途中まで嵌装させた状態で、前記気室にエア圧を供給して前記上部弁体を上方へ押圧し、前記支持部材をアンロック状態に切り換えるとともに前記受入口をさらに上昇させて、前記下部弁体の前記上面と前記上部弁体の前記下面とを当接させ、
前記気室のエアを真空引きすることで前記下部弁体と前記上部弁体とを密着させてから前記シャフトを回動させ、前記下部弁体及び前記上部弁体を開放させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプリット弁。 - 前記支持部材は、前記排出口に連結されるクランプ軸と、前記クランプ軸に軸支され前記ロック状態と前記アンロック状態との間で摺動可能なクランプと、前記クランプ軸に対して前記上部弁体とは反対側において前記クランプを下方に押圧する付勢部材と、前記クランプを前記クランプ軸を中心に回動させる回動機構と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスプリット弁。 - 前記シャフトの回転軸は前記半球体の中心より横方向にずれて配置され、前記座面と前記球面とが一致する閉弁状態から前記シャフトが回動すればするほど前記座面と前記球面とが離間する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載のスプリット弁。
