Abstract

Claims (6)
- ユーザに助言するための計算システムにおいて、
1つ以上のプロセッサと、
1つ以上のプロセッサによって実行されたときに、1つ以上のプロセッサに動作を実行させる、記憶された命令を有する1つ以上のプロセッサに接続されたコンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体とを備え、動作が、
ユーザのディジタル表現についての規則のセットを生成することと、
ディジタル又は物理的環境におけるユーザの相互作用と関連付けられたデータ追跡であるユーザのディジタル追跡を示すデータを取得することと、
警告及び/又は推薦を生成するために取得されたデータに規則を適用することと、
ユーザに対して警告及び/又は推薦を通信することとを備える、計算システム。 - ユーザのディジタル追跡を示すデータを取得することが、
ユーザが、インターネット、他のネットワーク上又は物理的環境における位置及び/又はサービスにアクセスしていることを示すデータを受信することと、
ユーザが位置及び/又はサービスに提出しているデータのコピーを取得することと、
意味グラフに取得されたデータを追加すること及び/又は個人インプリント記憶装置に取得されたデータを記憶することとを備える、請求項1に記載の計算システム。 - コンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体が、実行時にコンピュータに、
規則の成功及び/又は規則の利用の分析結果に基づいて規則のセットを変更することを備える追加のステップを実行させる追加の命令を記憶する、請求項1に記載の計算システム。 - コンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体が、実行時にコンピュータに、
適切なタイミングで表現についてのデータ項目をフィルタリングすることと、
適切なタイミングでユーザに対してデータ項目を提示及び/又は推薦することとを備える追加のステップを実行させる追加の命令を記憶する、請求項1に記載の計算システム。 - コンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体が、実行時にコンピュータに、
ユーザが、インターネット、他のネットワーク上又は物理的環境における位置及び/又はサービスにアクセスしていることを示すデータを受信することと、
位置及び/又はサービスのプライバシーポリシーを判定することと、
位置及び/又はサービスのプライバシーポリシーがユーザのプライバシー設定と一致しない旨を判定することと
一致しないプライバシーポリシーをユーザに知らせることとを備える追加のステップを実行させる追加の命令を記憶する、請求項1に記載の計算システム。 - コンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体が、実行時にコンピュータに、
ユーザが活動を実行することを計画している旨を示すデータを受信することと、
活動を変更又は補完するようにユーザに提案を通信することとを備える追加のステップを実行させる追加の命令を記憶する、請求項1に記載の計算システム。
