Abstract
【解決手段】経皮治療システム(TTS)に存在する医療用活性成分の破壊的処理のための手段であって、多層構造を備えること、中に過マンガン酸カリウム又は亜硝酸カリウムなどの酸化剤が組み込まれている少なくとも1つの層を含んでなること、及び少なくとも1つの繊維層を含んでなる上記手段。

Description
ド、N-ブロモスクシンイミド、キノン類、超原子価ヨウ素化合物、過酸及びペルエステ
ル(peresters)、並びに酵素のような有機酸化剤も同様に使用され得る。所定の医療用活性成分に対して、薬剤は好ましくは活性成分とのその化学的反応性に基づいて選択される。当業者は一般的に、本発明という意味でどの薬物形態にどの薬剤が最も適しているか分かる。
酢酸エチル中で中性ポリメタクリレート(Plastoid B)を、40質量%の固形物含有量を有するポリマー溶液を生じるように少しずつ溶解した。ポリマーが完全に溶解した後、同じ質量割合の細粒過マンガン酸カリウムを室温で撹拌しながらその中に懸濁させた。生じたポリマー溶液を適切なコーティングバーを使用してシリコン処理ポリエステルフィルムに塗布した。続いて溶媒を60℃の温度で当業者に公知の実験用乾燥キャビネットにて除去した。溶媒を除去した後、単位面積あたりの質量は180g/m2であっ
た。

Claims (13)
- 経皮治療システム(TTS)に存在する医療用活性成分の破壊的処理のための手段であって、多層構造を備えること、中に薬品が組み込まれている少なくとも1つの層を含んでなること、及び少なくとも1つの繊維層を含んでなることを特徴とする、上記手段。
- 保護層をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手段。
- 破壊的処理の対象とする医療用活性成分と分離して収納されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の手段。
- 前記システムが使用された後、分離して収納される手段が経皮治療システムと接触させられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の手段。
- 薬品を固形又はペースト状形態で含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の手段。
- 薬品が酸化剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の手段。
- 薬品が過マンガン酸カリウム又は亜硝酸カリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の手段。
- 中に薬品が組み込まれている層は、中に薬品が組み込まれているポリマー層又は中に薬品が組み込まれている感圧接着剤層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の手段。
- 中に薬品が組み込まれているポリマー層が、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリアクリレート類又はポリメタクリレート類、ポリスチレン、又はポリエステルのような標準的なポリマーを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の手段。
- 中に薬品が組み込まれた感圧接着剤層が、天然ゴム又は合成ゴム、ポリアクリレート、ポリエステル、ポリクロロプレン、ポリイソブテン、ポリビニルエーテル、又はポリウレタンに基づく感圧接着剤を含んでなり、これは好ましくは天然樹脂又は合成樹脂、及び酸化安定剤と組み合わせて使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の手段。
- 繊維層として、ガラス、ミネラルウール、バソールトのような鉱物繊維、絹若しくは羊毛のような動物繊維、綿のような植物繊維、又はポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリアクリレート若しくはポリメタクリレート、ポリスチレン、又はポリエステルのような天然ポリマー若しくは合成ポリマーから構成される化学繊維から作られている織物、編物、又は不織布を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の手段。
- 中に薬品が組み込まれている層の、繊維層と反対側の自由表面上に配置される保護層を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の手段。
- 保護層として、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン又はポリエステルのようなプラスチックフィルムを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の手段。
