Abstract
【解決手段】冷却ファンモジュールのための軸流ファンは、カップ形状の中心ハブを有し、該ハブは、連結点で電気モータのロータに連結されるように意図されている前壁と、複数の外側ブレードが延びている側壁とを有する。前記ハブの前記前壁の前記各連結点と前記側壁との間に、少なくとも1つの横方向の開口部が設けられ、前記開口部は、前記ハブの軸に対して円周方向に延び、関連する連結点よりも両方向に延びており、これにより、作動時に前記モータから前記ハブの前記前壁に伝わる振動は、前記ハブの前記側壁に向かって伝播する際、半径方向の経路よりも長い経路をたどるようになっている。

Claims (4)
- 本質的にカップ形状の中心ハブを備え、前記ハブは、複数の連結点で電気モータのロータに連結されるように構成されている前壁と、複数の外側ブレードが延びている側壁とを有し、使用時にファンが回転する軸を有する、冷却ファンモジュールのための軸流ファンであって、
前記ハブの前記前壁の前記各連結点と前記側壁との間に、少なくとも1つの本質的に横方向の開口部が設けられ、前記開口部は、前記ハブの軸に対して円周方向に延び、関連する連結点よりも両方向に延びており、これにより、作動時に前記モータから前記ハブの前記前壁に伝わる振動は、前記ハブの前記側壁に向かって伝播する際、半径方向の経路よりも長い経路をたどるようになっていることを特徴とするファン。 - 各連結点に関連する、前記ハブの前記前壁の前記横方向の開口部は、円弧状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のファン。
- 各連結点において、前記ファンの前記ハブの前記前壁は、前記ハブを前記モータのロータに固定するための固定部材を受けるための貫通穴を有し、前記開口部の円周方向の延長部は、少なくとも、対応する貫通穴の直径の3倍に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のファン。
- 前記開口部の円周方向の延長部は、各方向において、対応する貫通穴の直径の約5倍であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のファン。
