Abstract
Description
a)上記で定義されるような粉末混合物を準備するステップと、
b)前記混合物を型内に配置するステップと、
c)前記型中の前記粉末に20℃〜130℃の温度で300〜1200又は400〜800又は600〜800MPaの圧力を加えて未焼結体を形成するステップと、
d)前記未焼結体を1100〜1300℃の温度で焼結させて焼結体を形成するステップと、
e)0.5℃/秒を超える速度で前記焼結体を冷却して焼結部材を形成するステップと
を含む、焼結部材の製造方法を提供する。
表1による様々な比の鉄系粉末A及び鉄系粉末Bからなる粉末混合物を調製した。すべての混合物に、0.75重量%のグラファイト、UF4、0.6重量%の潤滑剤Lube E(登録商標)、及び固体潤滑剤である0.50重量%のMnSを加えた。
機械における大多数の構造部材は摺動運動に依存する機能を有するため、摩耗挙動又は焼結鋼の第1の特性評価は、摺動潤滑接触における摩耗遷移に重点を置いてもよい。
Claims (9)
- 90:10〜50:50の比の鉄系粉末A及び鉄系粉末Bからなる粉末混合物であって、粉末Aが1.5〜2.3重量%の予合金化Cr、0〜0.3重量%の予合金化Mo、及び不可避不純物を含有し、残りはFeであり;粉末Bが2.4〜3.6重量%の予合金化Cr、0.30〜0.70重量%の予合金化Mo、及び不可避不純物を含有し、残りはFeであり;該粉末混合物が0.4〜0.9重量%の炭素、0.1〜1.2重量%の潤滑剤、0.1〜1.5重量%の量の固体潤滑剤、及び不可避不純物をさらに含有する、上記粉末混合物。
- 前記比が80:20〜60:40、若しくは70:30〜60:40である、又は前記比が65:35である、請求項1に記載の粉末混合物。
- 粉末A中の前記予合金化Crの含量が1.7〜1.9重量%である、請求項1に記載の粉末混合物。
- 粉末B中の前記予合金化Crの含量が2.8〜3.2重量%である、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の粉末混合物。
- 前記固体潤滑剤が、CaF2、MgSiO3、MnS、MoS2、及びWS2からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の粉末混合物。
- a)請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の粉末混合物を準備するステップと、
b)該混合物を型内に配置するステップと、
c)該型中の該粉末に20℃〜130℃の温度で300〜1200、400〜800(600〜800)MPaの圧力を加えて未焼結体を形成するステップと、
d)該未焼結体を1100〜1300℃の温度で焼結させて焼結体を形成するステップと、
e)0.5℃/秒を超える速度で該焼結体を冷却して焼結部材を形成するステップと
を含む、焼結部材の製造方法。 - ステップd)及び/又はe)が、酸素分圧が10−17atmである雰囲気下で行われる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の方法に従って製造される焼結部材。
- ギヤ又はカムローブである、請求項8に記載の焼結部材。
