前記被覆組成物を400℃未満の温度で硬化させる工程、
を有してなる方法。 - (a)前記被覆組成物が、3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、トリス[3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル]イソシアヌレート、アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、またはそれらの組合せから選択される接着促進剤を少なくとも1種類さらに含む、または
(b)前記被覆組成物が、アルコール、グリコール、グリコールエーテル、またはグリコールエーテルエステルから選択される溶媒をさらに含む、
