Abstract
Description
a.オリゴマ化反応器中にエチレンを供給するステップと、
b.反応器中のエチレンをオリゴマ化するステップと、
c.直鎖アルファオレフィンを含む反応器の出口流を、反応器出口の配管系を通って反応器から除去するステップと、
d.任意選択で反応器の出口流を触媒の失活および除去ステップに移送するステップと、
e.任意選択で反応器の出口流から触媒を失活させ、かつ除去するステップと、
を含み、少なくとも1種の有機アミンがオリゴマ化反応器中および/または反応器出口の配管系に加えられる、方法に組み込まれている。反応器の出口流またはその画分は、次いで本発明の炭化水素流とすることができる。
アミン+HCl→アミン塩
に従って酸と反応させる。アミン塩は、水相に可溶であり、したがって結果として、炭化水素流から水相中に抽出することができる。
アミン塩+NaOH→アミン+H2O+NaCl
を実現することによって、アルカリ水溶液と混合することができる。この反応ステップでは、苛性アルカリ(NaOH)も、Ca(OH)2のような任意の他のアルカリ媒体と置き換えることができる。
Claims (10)
- アミンを含有する炭化水素流からの有機アミンの除去および回収のための方法であって、
(i)前記アミンを含有する炭化水素流を、水性無機酸と、炭化水素流:水性無機酸1:1超〜5:1、好ましくは1.5:1〜4:1、より好ましくは3:1の容量比で混合するステップと、
(ii)炭化水素相と水相を相分離するステップと、
(iii)前記炭化水素相を除去し、任意選択でさらにそれを精製するステップと、
(iv)任意選択で、ステップ(iii)で得られた前記炭化水素相の少なくとも一部を、混合するステップ(i)に再循環させるステップと、
(v)ステップ(iii)で得られた前記水相をアルカリ水溶液と混合するステップと、
(vi)形成された水相と有機相を相分離するステップと、
(vii)ステップ(vi)で得られた前記有機相を除去し、任意選択でさらにそれを精製するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記アミンを含有する炭化水素流が、エチレンのオリゴマ化によって直鎖アルファオレフィン(LAO)を調製するための反応器からの出口流またはその出口流の画分であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記画分が、C10〜C18の範囲の生成物の画分であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記水性無機酸が、10wt.%の濃度、好ましくは5wt.%の濃度の水性HCl、または水性硫酸であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、ステップ(iii)における前記炭化水素相の除去がデカントによることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、ステップ(iii)におけるさらなる精製が、前記炭化水素相の水洗および得られた前記炭化水素相を吸着剤に通すことによって行われ、前記吸着剤が好ましくは、シリカゲル、アルミナおよびモレキュラーシーブを含む群から選択される無機化合物であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、ステップ(vii)における前記有機相の精製が、水洗、前記水相の除去および/または前記有機相からのあらゆる残留水の蒸留によることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、ステップ(vii)で得られた前記有機相が、ステップ(i)より前の前記アミンを含有する炭化水素流に再循環されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、ステップ(vi)で得られた前記水相が、エチレンのオリゴマ化のためのプラントの触媒除去および失活セクションに移送されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、ステップ(v)におけるpHが塩基性であることを特徴とする方法。
