Description

The present disclosure relates to a decorative material using a tatami mat.

Conventionally, natural rush (reed grass) has been used for tatami mats, but recently artificial raw yarns such as synthetic fibers, synthetic resins or fiber yarns have also been used as materials for tatami mats. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a tatami table in which a spun yarn or filament yarn is used as an inner core material layer, and a linear body in which the inner core material layer is coated with a coating resin layer made of a thermoplastic resin is woven by a tatami loom. It is disclosed.

Of the tatami mats that use artificial yarns as described above, especially tatami mats that use a twisted twist of Japanese paper in a twisted paper shape are good to the touch and texture, so they are not used as flooring or rugs. In addition, it can be widely used as a cosmetic material. However, when such a tatami mat is used as a decorative material, it is necessary to perform cutting and sewing in accordance with the applied article. However, such processing involves fraying of the twisted yarn constituting the tatami mat. For this reason, the decorative material using a tatami surface has low processability, and the freedom of handling is limited.

The present disclosure has been made in view of such a point, and an object thereof is to provide a cosmetic material using a tatami mat that does not fray even if cutting or sewing is performed.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present disclosure, the backing material itself to be attached to one side of the tatami surface or an adhesive for bonding the lining material is soaked into the inside of the tatami surface.

Specifically, the present invention is intended for a decorative material using a tatami mat and takes the following solution.

That is, the 1st aspect of the decorative material which concerns on this invention is provided with the tatami surface formed by weaving the fiber-making yarn by which Japanese paper was twisted by the paper twist form, and the lining material affixed on the single side | surface of this tatami surface. The backing material is adhered to the affixing surface of the tatami surface with an adhesive over the entire surface. And this 1st aspect is characterized by the adhesive soaking from the sticking surface of a tatami surface to the inside, and adhering adjacent fiber making yarns.

According to such a configuration, the fiber-making yarn that weaves the tatami surface is integrally bonded with the adhesive for affixing the backing material, so that it will not fray even if the decorative material is cut or sewn. Thereby, workability, such as being able to cut and sew a decorative material freely, can be improved, and the freedom degree of handling can be improved. Furthermore, since the backing material affixed on one side of the tatami surface is provided, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from oozing out to the other surface of the tatami surface.

Moreover, the 2nd aspect of the decorative material which concerns on this invention is provided with the tatami surface which wovens the small fine yarn by which Japanese paper was twisted in the shape of a paper twist, and the backing material affixed on the single side | surface of the tatami surface. The backing material is thermally welded to the pasting surface of the tatami surface over the entire surface. And this 2nd aspect is characterized in that the heat-welded portion of the backing material soaks into the interior from the affixing surface of the tatami surface and bonds adjacent fiber making yarns together.

According to such a configuration, the fiber yarns that weave the tatami surface are bonded together at the welded portion of the backing material, so that they are not frayed even if the decorative material is cut or sewn. Thereby, workability, such as being able to cut and sew a decorative material freely, can be improved, and the freedom degree of handling can be improved.

In the decorative material of the first or second aspect, the tatami mat is preferably a tatami mat woven into a water-repellent processed plain weave or twill weave.

According to such a configuration, the tatami mat can be easily folded in at least one direction, so that the workability such as the application of the applied article is improved. In particular, a tatami table woven into a plain weave has a low weaving density and is soft, so that the workability such as four-round winding is improved. Moreover, since the tatami mat woven in twill is easy to bend in multiple directions, the processability of the decorative material is further improved. In addition, since the fiber-making yarn is water-repellent, the adhesive and the like do not penetrate into the fiber-making yarn, so that the cushioning property, heat insulating property, and the like are not impaired.

According to the present disclosure, it is possible to realize a decorative material using a tatami mat that does not fray even after cutting or sewing.

FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view illustrating a decorative material according to the second embodiment. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for manufacturing a decorative material according to the second embodiment.

An embodiment according to the present disclosure will be described in detail based on the drawings. Note that the following embodiments are essentially preferable examples, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure, its application, or its use.

Embodiment 1
In the first embodiment, a configuration in which a backing material is provided on the back surface of the tatami surface will be described.

-Composition of objects-
FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional configuration of a decorative material according to the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 1, a decorative material 10 according to this embodiment includes a tatami surface 12 and a backing material 14 attached to one surface (back surface) of the tatami surface 12. The backing material 14 is bonded to the back surface, which is the surface to be bonded, of the tatami surface 12 with an adhesive 16 over the entire surface. The adhesive 16 soaks from the back surface of the tatami surface 12 to the inside of the tatami surface 12.

Tatami facing 12, for example, the wood fibers of softwood mainly, to cut paper and papermaking at a basis weight 15g / m 2 ~20g / m 2 ( machine paper making paper) to 20mm~40mm width, the central portion in the cavity 5 volumes 15 volumes of about diameter twisted into a cylindrical shape with is 0.7mm~1.5mm tubular抄繊yarn 12a, and woven knitted with 0.8kg / m 2 ~1.2kg / m 2 to give It is done. The weaving method of the fibermaking yarn 12a is not particularly limited, but it may be plain weave or twill weave.

For the backing material 14, for example, a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a vinyl chloride sheet, a rubber sheet, a urethane material, or a synthetic resin material can be used. The thickness of the backing material 14 is not particularly limited, but can be set to the same level as the thickness of the tatami surface 12.

For example, a vinyl acetate emulsion-based adhesive can be used as the adhesive 16, whereby the adjacent fiber making yarns 12 a are bonded to each other.

Adhesion between the tatami surface 12 and the backing material 14 is performed by applying the adhesive 16 to the surface to be attached to the tatami surface 12 or the surface to be attached to the lining material 14 and then bonding the tatami surface 12 and the backing material 14 to each other. It becomes possible by sticking.

Here, the surface of each cylindrical fiber-making yarn 12a constituting the tatami surface 12 may be provided with water repellency. As the water repellent having a water repellent function, for example, a crosslinkable polymer having a hydrophobic group (hydrophobic substituent) and a crosslinkable functional group can be used. You may add the resin agent which couple | bonds the polymers contained in an agent. For example, a perfluoroalkyl group or a perfluoroalkylene group can be used as the hydrophobic group constituting the water repellent, and a hydroxyl group or a carbonyl group can be used as the crosslinkable functional group, for example.

Moreover, the resin agent added to the water repellent agent is composed of a crosslinkable polymer having a crosslinkable main chain, and for example, an acrylic resin, EVA, a vinyl acetate resin, or a urethane resin can be used.

-Effect of Embodiment 1-
According to the first embodiment, the fiber-making yarn 12 a that weaves the tatami surface 12 constituting the decorative material 10 is integrally bonded with the adhesive 16 for attaching the backing material 14. Thereby, there is no possibility of fraying even if the decorative material 10 is cut or sewn. Thereby, workability, such as being able to cut and sew a decorative material freely, can be improved, and the freedom degree of handling improves. Moreover, it can prevent that the adhesive agent 16 oozes out to the surface of the tatami surface 12 with the backing material 14 affixed on the back surface of the tatami surface 12.

Moreover, since the machined Japanese paper made into a twisted paper is used for the fiber making yarn 12a, it becomes a hollow structure close to a rush, and the touch and texture are not inferior to those of a real tatami mat.

Moreover, since the tatami surface 12 is easily bent in at least one direction thereof, the workability such as winding of the applied article is improved. In particular, the tatami surface 12 woven into a plain weave has a low weaving density and is soft, so that the processability such as four-round winding is improved. On the other hand, the tatami table 12 woven in a twill weave can be easily bent in multiple directions, so that the processability of the decorative material 10 is further improved.

Furthermore, when the fibermaking yarn 12a is water-repellent, the adhesive 16 or the like does not penetrate into the cylindrical fibermaking yarn 12a, so that the cushioning property and heat insulating property of the tatami surface 12 are impaired. There is no.

Moreover, when the material which has waterproofness is used for the backing material 14, the use of the decorative material 10 spreads.

<< Embodiment 2 >>
FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional configuration of the decorative material according to the second embodiment. In the decorative material 10 according to the second embodiment, the backing material 14A is different from the backing material 14 of the first embodiment.

-Composition of objects-
As shown in FIG. 2, the decorative material 10 according to the present embodiment includes a tatami surface 12 and a backing material 14 </ b> A attached to one surface (back surface) of the tatami surface. The backing material 14A is pressure-bonded to the back surface, which is the surface to be attached to the tatami surface 12, over the entire surface. The backing material 14A penetrates from the back surface of the tatami surface 12 to the inside of the tatami surface 12, and bonds adjacent fiber making yarns 12a.

The tatami table 12 described in the first embodiment can be used as the tatami table 12. The weaving method of the fibermaking yarn 12a is not particularly limited, but it may be plain weave or twill weave.

For the backing material 14A, for example, a soft resin sheet or a soft foam resin sheet can be used.

Moreover, you may give the surface of each cylindrical fiber-making thread 12a which comprises the tatami surface 12 which concerns on Embodiment 2 to water repellency similarly to 1 which concerns on Embodiment. As the water repellent, the material described in Embodiment 1 can be used.

-Manufacturing method-
Adhesion between the tatami surface 12 and the lining material 14A is made possible by bonding the lining material 14A to the surface to be attached of the tatami surface 12 and then heating the lining material 14A to such an extent that the lining material 14A is melted and then crimping them together.

FIG. 3 shows an example of a specific method for manufacturing a decorative material according to the second embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 3, as the backing material 14A, for example, a 10-fold foamed polyethylene resin sheet 20 is used, and the resin sheet 20 is unwound from a state of being wound in a roll shape and is passed over the cooling roll 21, and the cooling roll Sends out with rotation of 21.

In the middle of the feeding, the surface (surface to be attached) of the resin sheet 20 is heated by the burner 23 opened toward the cooling roll 21 to melt the surface layer portion of the resin sheet 20. On the other hand, when the wound tatami surface 12 is fed out, the molten resin sheet 20 is brought into contact with the back surface (surface to be attached) and pressed by the pressing roll 22, the molten resin sheet 20 is welded to the tatami surface 12. At the same time, a part of the molten resin sheet 20 penetrates into the texture of the tatami mat 12 and fills the texture. Then, it cools and solidifies and obtains the decorative material by which the resin sheet 20 was lined by the tatami surface 12.

-Effect of Embodiment 2-
According to the second embodiment, the fiber-making yarn 12a that weaves the tatami surface 12 is integrally bonded at the welded portion of the backing material 14A, so that it is not frayed even if the decorative material 10 is cut or sewn. Thereby, workability, such as being able to cut and sew the decorative material 10 freely, can be improved, and the freedom degree of handling can be improved.

Also in the second embodiment, the tatami table 12 woven into a plain weave has improved processability such as four-round winding, and the tatami table 12 woven into a twill weave further improves the processability of the decorative material 10.

Further, when the fibermaking yarn 12a is water-repellent processed, the melted backing material 14A and the like do not penetrate into the cylindrical fibermaking yarn 12a, thereby impairing the cushioning property and heat insulating property of the tatami surface 12 and the like. There is nothing.

Moreover, when 14 A of backing materials have waterproofness or airtightness, the use of the decorative material 10 can be expanded.

As mentioned above, although preferable embodiment of this indication was described, the technical scope of this indication is not limited to the range as described in each above-mentioned embodiment. Each of the above embodiments is an exemplification, and it is possible for those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made to the combination of each component and each processing process, and such modifications are also within the scope of the present disclosure.
