Description

The present invention relates to a combined structure of a vehicle storage box and a lighting device.

A storage box for storing small items is generally provided in the interior of a vehicle such as an automobile. However, as a means for making the inside of the storage box visible, illumination is provided. A means for attaching the device is often used (for example, see Patent Document 1).
As an example of the above-described means, as shown in FIG. 6, there is a means for attaching a light source 8 such as an LED light source to the upper wall portion 70 of the storage box 7 in which the article storage space portion 71 is formed.

However, the conventional means has room for improvement as described below.

First, the irradiation range angle β of light from the light source 8 is not so large. For this reason, it is difficult to illuminate the entire area in the storage box 7 in a bright and substantially uniform state. As a result, for example, when a large-sized article is stored in the article storage space 71, the light from the light source 8 is blocked by the article, and the entire interior of the article storage space 71 becomes dark. End up.
Secondly, in order to set the light source 8 so that it does not protrude greatly to the inside of the article storage space portion 71, it is necessary to protrude the light source 8 above the upper wall portion 70, and the protruding dimension H becomes large. In this case, when the storage box 7 is inserted into a predetermined space from the front side and attached, the light source 8 interferes (contacts) with the member 95 for forming the space, and the storage box 7 is attached. Cause troubles.

The present invention has been conceived under the circumstances as described above, and can appropriately illuminate a wide range inside the storage box, and the light source is bulky. It is an object of the present invention to provide a combined structure of a vehicle storage box and a lighting device that can suitably solve problems such as difficulty in mounting.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention takes the following technical means.

The combined structure of the vehicular storage box and the lighting device provided by the present invention forms an article storage space whose front portion is an opening for putting in and out the article, and is stored in the vehicle compartment. And a lighting device having a light source for illuminating the article storage space, the vehicle storage box and the lighting device, wherein the light source is stored in the lighting device. The light guide member is provided on the back surface of the box and has an outer surface that emits light when the light emitted from the light source enters the inside, and the light guide member emits light from the light source. It is provided in the state extended from the receiving position to the position of the wall part of the said article | item storage space part.

According to such a configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
First, when the light guide member is caused to emit light, the light irradiation range angle can be made wider compared to the case where illumination is performed using a light source such as an LED light source as it is. For this reason, it becomes possible to irradiate light substantially uniformly over wide areas, such as the whole region in an article storage space part, from a light guide member. As a result, the inside of the article storage space becomes easy to see. For example, even when a large-sized article is stored, a problem that much of the light is blocked and the entire inside of the article storage space becomes dark is appropriately prevented or suppressed. be able to.
Secondly, the light source is provided on the back surface of the storage box, and unlike the prior art, the light source does not protrude greatly above the upper wall of the article storage space. On the other hand, the light guide member can be formed in a smaller size (small diameter or narrow width) than the light source, and even if the light guide member is provided on the wall portion of the article storage space portion, the light guide member is the wall portion. It is possible to avoid a large protrusion and bulky outside. For this reason, when the storage box is inserted into a predetermined space from the front side and attached, the trouble of the light source or the light guide member interfering with the member for forming the space is eliminated, and the storage box is attached. Can be facilitated.

Other features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description of embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

It is a perspective view which shows an example of the combination structure of the storage box for vehicles which concerns on this invention, and an illuminating device. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which an upper cover portion of a storage box is opened in the structure shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line III-III in FIG. 1. (a)は、図1のIVa−IVa断面図であり、(b)は、(a)のIVb−IVb断面図である。(a) is IVa-IVa sectional drawing of FIG. 1, (b) is IVb-IVb sectional drawing of (a). It is a disassembled perspective view of the structure shown in FIG. It is a schematic sectional drawing which shows an example of a prior art.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

The structure C shown in FIG. 1 is a structure in which the storage box B and the lighting device L are combined.
The storage box B is, for example, inserted into and attached to a recess or an opening provided in a substantially central part in the vehicle width direction of a dashboard of an automobile, and is entirely made of resin, and the front part is used for putting in and out articles. The article storage space 10 is formed as an opening 10a.

As shown in FIG. 2, the storage box B is configured such that the box body 1a and the upper cover 1b are integrally connected via a hinge 1c (for example, an integral hinge). The box body 1a includes a bottom wall 11a, a pair of left and right side walls 11b and 11c rising from the bottom wall 11a, and a back wall 11d. The upper cover is closed by closing the upper cover 1b. The article storage space 10 thus formed is formed. Therefore, a partial region of the upper cover portion 1 b corresponds to the upper wall portion 11 e of the article storage space portion 10. As a means for positioning the box body portion 1a and the upper cover portion 1b and maintaining the closed state of the upper cover portion 1b, a positioning projection 20 and a locking projection 21 are suitable for the upper cover portion 1b. Numbers are provided. Correspondingly, the box main body 1a has a hole 20a into which the positioning protrusion 20 is closely fitted, and a locking hole 21a for inserting and locking the locking protrusion 21 in the retaining state. An appropriate number is provided.

The illumination device L is configured by combining a light source 3 such as an LED light source and a light guide member 4. The light source 3 is provided on the back surface of the storage box B. Preferably, the light source 3 is provided outside the article storage space 10 so that light emitted from the light source 3 does not travel directly into the article storage space 10. As shown in FIG. 2, an auxiliary wall portion 12 is provided outside the side wall portion 11 b of the article storage space portion 10, and a rear wall portion 13 provided with a hole portion 13 a is provided on the auxiliary wall portion 12. They are connected (see also FIG. 4A). The light source 3 is attached to the rear wall 13 such that the light emitting portion is inserted into the hole 13a or the light emitting portion faces the hole 13a. As a result, of the light emitted from the light source 3, surplus light that does not enter the light guide member 4 travels to a region between the wall portion 11 b and the auxiliary wall portion 12 shown in FIG. 2. It has become.

The light guide member 4 is, for example, a product name light string manufactured by Sumitomo 3M Limited, and has a flexible fiber shape in which a core portion and a clad portion (not shown) are formed concentrically. When light enters the light guide member 4 from the one end face 40, the light guide member 4 emits a part of the light from the outer surface of the light guide member 4 while propagating the light in the longitudinal direction of the light guide member 4. The entire outer surface of the member 4 is configured to be a light emitting surface. One end surface 40 of the light guide member 4 is disposed so as to face the light source 3.

The light guide member 4 is provided in a state extending from the position approaching the light source 3 to the upper wall portion 11e of the article storage space portion 10. More specifically, the upper wall portion 11e is provided with a through hole 14 for penetrating the light guide member 4 in the vertical direction. Further, a concave groove 15 for fitting and holding the light guide member 4 is provided on the upper surface portion of the upper wall portion 11e (see also FIG. 3). The outer surface of the light guide member 4 faces the article storage space 10 side on the whole or a part of the bottom of the concave groove 15, and the light generated from the light guide member 4 travels to the article storage space 10. A hole 15a (including a slit shape) that can be formed is formed. As a positioning means for the light guide member 4, a pressing claw 16 for preventing the light guide member 4 from floating above the groove 15 is appropriately provided at a position along the groove 15.

The light guide member 4 can be attached to the storage box B in the following procedure.
That is, as shown in FIG. 5, in the state where the upper cover portion 1b of the storage box B is closed, one end side of the light guide member 4 is inserted into the through hole 14 from the upper side of the upper cover portion 1b, and the light guide member 4 The other end is inserted into the groove 15. In the present embodiment, when the light guide member 4 is inserted into the through hole 14, the light guide member 4 is guided to a position where one end surface 40 of the light guide member 4 faces and approaches the light source 3. As a means for this, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, one or a plurality of guide portions 17 having a downward convex shape is provided on the lower surface portion of the upper cover portion 1b. The guide portion 17 is provided such that the height of the lower surface portion decreases as the light source 3 is approached. When the light guide member 4 is inserted through the through hole 14, the upper portion of the light guide member 4 is the guide portion 17. By being in sliding contact with the lower surface, it is guided obliquely downward, and the one end surface 40 of the light guide member 4 is configured to face and approach the light source 3. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the lower surface portion of the guide portion 17 is provided with a concave portion 17 a into which the upper side of the light guide member 4 is fitted, and the light guide member in the width direction indicated by the arrow W. 4 can be positioned.

Next, the operation of the structure C described above will be described.

First, the outer surface of the light guide member 4 can be made to emit light by driving the light source 3 to light, but a part of the outer surface of the light guide member 4 is stored in the article through the hole 15a of the upper wall portion 11e. Since it faces the space part 10, the inside of the article storage space part 10 can be illuminated by the light emission of the light guide member 4. Since light is emitted from the light guide member 4 toward the entire circumference of the light guide member 4, for example, as shown in FIG. It is possible to illuminate substantially the entire region in a proper and substantially uniform state. For this reason, the inside of the article storage space 10 is bright and easy to see. Even when an article having a large size is stored, it is possible to prevent a lot of light from being blocked by the article and to prevent the entire interior of the article storage space 10 from becoming too dark.

As described with reference to FIG. 2, the light source 3 is provided outside the article storage space 10, and the light emitted from the light source 3 does not travel directly into the article storage space 10. The light source 3 is hidden from the front of the storage box B. Unlike the present embodiment, when the light source 3 is seen from the front of the storage box B, the light source 3 is dazzling. However, according to the present embodiment, such a situation can be suitably avoided.

The light source 3 is provided on the back surface of the storage box B. For example, it is avoided that the light source 3 protrudes greatly on the upper side of the upper wall part 11e or on the side of the side wall parts 11b and 11c. . On the other hand, although the light guide member 4 is attached to the upper wall portion 11e, the light guide member 4 has a small-diameter fiber shape and protrudes in a large and bulky state above the upper wall portion 11e. There is no. In particular, in the present embodiment, since the light guide member 4 is fitted in the concave groove 15 provided in the upper wall portion 11e, the size of the light guide member 4 protruding above the upper wall portion 11e is considerably reduced. Alternatively, the light guide member 4 can be configured not to protrude above the upper wall portion 11e. Therefore, when the storage box B is inserted and attached to a predetermined space in the vehicle interior from the front side, the light source 3 or the light guide member 4 is attached to the member for forming the space or the member 9 located in the vicinity thereof. It is possible to prevent problems such as interference. As a result, the attachment of the storage box is facilitated.

As described with reference to FIG. 5, the light guide member 4 is attached to the storage box B in the assembled state in which the upper cover portion 1 b of the storage box B is closed from the upper side of the upper cover portion 1 b. It is only necessary to insert one end side into the through hole 14 and insert the other end side into the concave groove 15. For this reason, it becomes excellent also in the attachment workability | operativity of the light guide member 4.

The present invention is not limited to the contents of the above-described embodiment. The specific configuration of each part of the combined structure of the vehicle storage box and the lighting device according to the present invention can be variously modified within the scope intended by the present invention.

The light guide member is not limited to a fiber-shaped member. What is necessary is just to have the function which an outer surface light-emits when the light emitted from the light source injects inside. As the light source, a light source other than the LED light source can be used.
The article storage space portion of the storage box has a form in which an opening is formed on the front surface. However, the opening may not be always open. For example, the front opening of the article storage space may be configured to be normally closed using an opening / closing lid. For example, a slide-type drawer case may be accommodated in the article storage space. The specific mounting position of the storage box is not limited to the dashboard, and can be installed at various locations such as around the rear seat.
The position where the light guide member is attached is not limited to the upper wall portion of the article storage space portion. For example, the light guide member extends from a position where light is received from the light source to a wall portion such as a side wall portion or a bottom wall portion of the article storage space portion, and the article storage space portion is moved from the position of the side wall portion or the bottom wall portion. It can also be set as the structure illuminated.
