Abstract
Description
前記SMA加工対象物に概して平面的な変態挙動を与えて、トレーニング処理された形状記憶合金(SMA)加工対象物を得るため、形状記憶合金(SMA)加工対象物に偶力を印加することを含む方法。
前記SMA加工対象物が前記概して平面的な変態挙動を有するようにするため、循環的な方法で前記偶力を印加することによって、ほぼ平面的な歪みサイクルを前記SMA加工対象物に与えること
をさらに含む、第1条項に記載の方法。
概して平面的な変態挙動を示す形状記憶合金(SMA);及び
前記SMAアクチュエータを元の形状からトレーニング処理された形状に変態させることによって加工を実施するための一又は複数の加熱素子
を含むシステム。

Claims (12)
- 形状記憶合金(SMA)加工対象物に概して平面的な変態挙動を与えて、トレーニング処理された形状記憶合金(SMA)加工対象物を得るため、形状記憶合金(SMA)加工対象物に偶力を印加することを含む方法。
- 前記偶力を印加することは、
エッジ方向のラッキング荷重が前記SMA加工対象物に印加されること;
波様変形が前記SMA加工対象物で生成されること;又は
概して非波状―波状変態挙動が前記SMA加工対象物に与えられること
のうちの少なくとも1つが起こるように対向する力を印加することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記SMA加工対象物に熱サイクルを印加すること;及び
前記SMA加工対象物が概して平面的な変態挙動を有するようにするため、循環的な方法で前記偶力を印加することによって、ほぼ平面的な歪みサイクルを前記SMA加工対象物に与えること
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記熱サイクルを印加することは、前記SMA加工対象物の形状をほぼ矩形の形状からほぼ平行四辺形の形状に変化させるラッキング運動を生成するため、前記SMA加工対象物に熱を印加することを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 概して平面的な変態挙動を有する少なくとも1つのトレーニング処理されたSMA加工対象物を備える構造体であって、前記少なくとも1つのトレーニング処理されたSMA加工対象物は請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法を使用してトレーニング処理され、前記少なくとも1つのトレーニング処理されたSMA加工対象物は構造体に結合されており、前記少なくとも1つのトレーニング処理されたSMA加工対象物の温度変化に応答して適合可能である構造体。
- 前記構造体は、航空ビークル内に構造桁を備える、請求項5に記載の構造体。
- 前記構造桁は閉じられた断面を有し、互いにほぼ対向するように配置された少なくとも2つのトレーニング処理された形状記憶合金(SMA)加工対象物を含む、請求項6に記載の構造体。
- 加工を実施することができるシステムであって、
概して平面的な変態挙動を示す形状記憶合金(SMA);及び
前記SMAアクチュエータを元の形状からトレーニング処理された形状に変態させることによって加工を実施するための一又は複数の加熱素子
を含むシステム。 - 前記形状記憶合金(SMA)アクチュエータは、前記概して平面的な変態挙動を示すトレーニング処理された形状記憶合金(SMA)加工対象物をさらに備える、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記形状記憶合金(SMA)アクチュエータは、トレーニング処理された形状記憶合金(SMA)加工対象物をさらに備え、前記トレーニング処理されたSMA加工対象物は、SMA加工対象物に偶力を印加することによってトレーニング処理され、前記SMA加工対象物に前記概して平面的な変態挙動を与える、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは運動を与え、これによって加工を実施することができる、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 荷重印加デバイス及び温度制御システムを有するトレーニング処理装置アセンブリをさらに備え、前記荷重印加デバイスは前記SMAアクチュエータにエッジ方向のラッキング荷重を印加し、前記温度制御システムは前記一又は複数の加熱素子を制御して前記SMAアクチュエータに温度変動を印加し、前記SMAアクチュエータの形状を、ほぼ矩形の形状を含む前記元の形状から、ほぼ平行四辺形の形状を含む前記トレーニング処理された形状に変化させるラッキング運動を生成する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
