Abstract
【解決手段】基板10上の複数の位置にディスペンサ3から液状樹脂Lを吐出して樹脂体Rを形成する樹脂体形成方法であって、前記位置に応じてディスペンサ3の吐出動作が調整可能であり、ディスペンサ3は、基板10上の複数の位置に液状樹脂Lを吐出して樹脂体Rを形成する装置であり、テーブル2の上方に支持されており、ディスペンサ3は、スクリュー式ディスペンサであり、シリンジ31、モータ32、スクリュー(図1では省略)、及びノズル34を備えている樹脂体形成装置1を用いた樹脂体形成方法。

Claims (8)
- 対象物上の複数の位置にディスペンサから液状樹脂を吐出して樹脂体を形成する樹脂体形成方法であって、
前記位置に応じて前記ディスペンサの吐出動作が調整可能である、樹脂体形成方法。 - 前記位置に応じて前記液状樹脂の吐出量を調整可能である、請求項1に記載の樹脂体形成方法。
- 前記位置に応じて前記液状樹脂の吐出時間を調整可能である、請求項1または2に記載の樹脂体形成方法。
- 前記位置に応じて、前記液状樹脂が吐出される間における前記対象物に対する前記ディスペンサの上下方向の相対速度を調整可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂体形成方法。
- 前記位置に応じて、前記液状樹脂の吐出開始時における前記対象物と前記ディスペンサとの上下方向の離間距離を調整可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の樹脂体形成方法。
- 前記液状樹脂は、粘度(23℃)が100〜300Pa・sである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の樹脂体形成方法。
- 前記液状樹脂は、チクソトロピック性が5.0〜7.0である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の樹脂体形成方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の樹脂体形成方法によって形成された形成物。
