【解決手段】本発明の銀の析出抑制方法は、銀を含有する塩化金酸溶液に還元剤、及び水溶性塩化物を添加して銀の析出を抑制することに要旨を有する。

(式中、銀濃度(mmol/L)は塩化金酸溶液の銀濃度、塩素濃度(mol/L)は還元剤含有液の塩素濃度である)

表1に示す組成の塩化金酸溶液30mLに25%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液(中和液)を10mL添加して酸濃度1Nとなるように調整して試験液1、2を用意した。
表1に示す組成の塩化金酸溶液30mLに25%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液(中和液)を5.9mL添加して酸濃度1Nとなるように調整して試験液3、4を用意した。
表1に示す組成の塩化金酸溶液50Lに48%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を5L添加して酸濃度0.1Nとなるように調整して試験液5、6を用意した。
表1に示す組成の塩化金酸溶液30mL(酸濃度0.1N)を試験液7とした。
表1に示す組成の塩化金酸溶液100mL(酸濃度0.1N)を試験液9、10とした。

亜硫酸ナトリウム濃度(還元剤)が150g/Lとなるように亜硫酸ナトリウムと純水を添加、混合して還元剤含有液を用意した。
亜硫酸ナトリウム濃度(還元剤)が150g/L、塩素濃度が2mol/Lとなるように亜硫酸ナトリウムと塩化ナトリウムと純水を添加、混合して還元剤含有液を用意した。
硫酸第一鉄七水和物(FeSO4・7H2O)に鉄(II)イオン(Fe2+)の濃度が70g/Lとなるように純水を添加、混合した後、塩酸でpH1に調整して還元剤含有液(硫酸第一鉄:FeSO4)を用意した。
硫酸第一鉄七水和物と塩酸ナトリウムを鉄(II)イオンの濃度が74g/L、塩素濃度が2mol/Lとなるように純水を添加、混合して還元剤含有液(硫酸第一鉄)を用意した。
塩素濃度が5.2mol/Lとなるように鉄粉を塩酸に溶解させて還元剤(硫酸第一鉄:FeSO4)含有液を用意した。
ヒドラジン(還元剤)が2.7g/L、塩素濃度が0.2mol/Lとなるようにヒドラジンを塩酸に溶解させて還元剤含有液を用意した。
ヒドラジン濃度が、2.7g/Lとなるようにヒドラジンと硫酸を混合して還元剤含有液を用意した。
Claims (4)
- 銀を含有する塩化金酸溶液に還元剤を添加する際に、水溶性塩化物を添加して銀の析出を抑制することを特徴とする銀の析出抑制方法。
- 前記塩化金酸溶液中に銀錯イオンが存在するように前記水溶性塩化物を前記塩化金酸溶液に添加するものである請求項1に記載の銀の析出抑制方法。
- 前記還元剤と前記水溶性塩化物とを混合してなる還元剤含有液を前記塩化金酸溶液に添加するものである請求項1または2に記載の銀の析出抑制方法。
- 前記還元剤含有液の塩素濃度は、下記式(1)を満足するものである請求項3に記載の銀の析出抑制方法。

(式中、銀濃度(mmol/L)は塩化金酸溶液の銀濃度、塩素濃度(mol/L)は還元剤含有液の塩素濃度である)
