Abstract

Claims (10)
- 骨を固定するための整形外科手術で使用するインプラントシステム(10)であって、
長手軸(44)を画定する近位部(20)を有し、該近位部(20)が、該近位部(20)の前記長手軸(44)に対して略平行な第1の軸(68)を画定する穴(46)と、少なくとも1つの横穴(26)とを有する髄内釘(12)と、
前記横穴(26)を貫通するように構成され、1つ以上の傾斜路を有する少なくとも1つの溝(34)を有する骨留め具(16)と、
前記近位部(20;78)の前記穴(46)内に移動可能に配置されるように構成されるとともに、前記少なくとも1つの溝(34)に係合し前記1つ以上の傾斜路を介して前記骨留め具(16)に圧力を加えるように構成された1つ以上の骨留め具係合部材(56)を有する結合ユニット(130)とを備えるインプラントシステム(10)。 - 前記傾斜路が、浅端および深端を有する請求項1に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記骨留め具(16)が、ねじを有する前方部(30)と、後方部(32)とを有し、
前記傾斜路は、前記骨留め具(16)の前記後方部(32)の後端における前記浅端から、前記骨留め具(16)のねじ付きの前記前方部(30)に向かって前記深端まで延びている請求項2に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの溝(34)の各々は、各溝(34)が延びる方向に沿って非対称の深さプロファイルを有する請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 4つの前記溝(34)が、前記骨留め具(16)の長手軸周りに90°の間隔を空けて、前記骨留め具(16)の周面上に配置されている請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
