Abstract
Description
上記第3実施形態の流体継手(61)において、厚肉部(81)を形成している径方向外側のガスケット(65)は、流体の加圧を行う場合を考慮して設計され、薄肉部(82)を形成している径方向内側のガスケット(64)は、流体の真空を行う場合を考慮して設計される。また、厚肉部(81)による第1の面シールのつぶし代(またはつぶし率)と薄肉部(82)による第2の面シールのつぶし代(またはつぶし率)とは、それぞれ別個に好ましい値(通常は異なる値)に設定される。そして、金属製ガスケット(64)によると、形状の経時変化が金属製のものに比べて大きいという合成樹脂製のガスケット(65)の短所が補われ、合成樹脂製のガスケット(65)によると、酸性フッ化アンモンなどのような金属を腐食させる流体に対する金属製ガスケット(64)の短所が補われる。こうして、金属製ガスケット(64)および合成樹脂製ガスケット(65)の両方がそれぞれ面シールを行うことで、優れたシール性を得ることができる。

Claims (6)
- 流体継手に設けられた環状の凹所に嵌め入れられることで面シールを行うガスケットであって、第1の面シールを行う厚肉部と、第2の面シールを行う薄肉部とを備えていることを特徴とする流体継手用ガスケット。
- 外周面に、落下防止用突起が少なくとも1つ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1の流体継手用ガスケット。
- 厚肉部および薄肉部のうちのいずれか一方が金属で形成され、同他方が合成樹脂で形成されている請求項1または2の流体継手用ガスケット。
- 第1の流体通路を有する第1の部材と、第2の流体通路を有し、第1の部材に流体密に接続される第2の部材と、両部材の突き合わせ部分に介在されるガスケットと、両部材を連結するねじ手段とを備えており、各部材の突き合わせ端面に、部材同士が突き合わされた際にガスケットが収納される環状のガスケット収納用凹所が設けられている流体継手において、
ガスケット収納用凹所は、ガスケットの厚肉部を収容するための幅広部と、ガスケットの薄肉部を収容するための幅狭部とを備え、ガスケットが請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の流体継手用ガスケットとされていることを特徴とする流体継手。 - 第1の部材および第2の部材は、いずれも管状継手部材である請求項4の流体継手。
- 第1の部材は、ボルト挿通孔を有するフランジが設けられた管状継手部材であり、第2の部材は、めねじ部を有する接続部が設けられた部材である請求項4の流体継手。
