Abstract
Description
排ガス熱交換器は、自動車において例えばいわゆる排ガス再循環システムで使用される。排ガス再循環システムでは、排ガスが冷却され、特にこのとき、燃料燃焼時に発生する有害物質の削減と、燃料消費量の低減とが生じる。
本発明の課題は、従来技術に対して改良されており、より高い熱交換率をもつ熱交換器を提供することである。
図1及び2は、本発明に係る熱交換器1の一実施例を示している。熱交換器1は、一例として排ガス熱交換器として自動車の排ガス再循環システム内に配置されている。別の可能性として熱交換器1は、給気冷却器として自動車の排ガス再循環システム内に配置されていてもよい。さらに熱交換器1は、その他の形で配置されていてもよい。
Claims (12)
- 熱交換器(1,101)、特に自動車用の排ガス熱交換器又は給気冷却器であって、
ハウジング(2,102)であって、第1のハウジング面(3,103)と、前記第1のハウジング面(3,103)とは反対側に位置する第2のハウジング面(4,104)と、ハウジング内壁(5,105)と、ハウジング外壁(6,106)とを有し、前記ハウジング(2,102)内に、ガスが貫流可能な複数の管(7,107)が配置されており、前記管(7,107)は、それぞれ、第1の管端部(8,108)と、前記第1の管端部(8,108)とは反対側に位置する第2の管端部(9,109)とを有するハウジング(2,102)と、
前記第1のハウジング面(3,103)の領域に配置される第1の管板(10,110)であって、前記第1の管端部(8,108)が貫通する複数の第1の通し開口(11,111)を有する第1の管板(10,110)と、
前記第2のハウジング面(4,104)の領域に配置される第2の管板(12,112)であって、前記第2の管端部(9,109)が貫通する複数の第2の通し開口(13,113)を有する第2の管板(12,112)と、
を備え、前記第1の管板(10,110)は、第1の平面を形成し、前記第2の管板(12,112)は、第2の平面を形成し、前記第1の管板(10,110)は、第1の角度(α)をなして前記第1の平面から立ち上げられた環状の第1の縁部(14,114)を有し、前記第2の管板(12,112)は、第2の角度(β)をなして前記第2の平面から立ち上げられた環状の第2の縁部(15,115)を有する、
熱交換器(1,101)において、
前記第1の縁部(14,114)は、前記第1のハウジング面(3,103)の領域において前記ハウジング内壁(5,105)に結合されているか、又は前記第1のハウジング面(3,103)の領域において前記ハウジング外壁(6,106)に結合されており、かつ/又は前記第2の縁部(15,115)は、前記第2のハウジング面(4,104)の領域において前記ハウジング内壁(5,105)に結合されているか、又は前記第2のハウジング面(4,104)の領域において前記ハウジング外壁(6,106)に結合されていることを特徴とする、熱交換器(1,101)。 - 前記第1の縁部(14,114)は、第1の接触面(16,116)と、前記第1の接触面(16,116)とは反対側に位置する第2の接触面(17,117)とを有し、前記第1の接触面(16,116)は、前記第1のハウジング面(3,103)の領域において前記ハウジング内壁(5,105)に結合されているか、又は前記第2の接触面(17,117)は、前記第1のハウジング面(3,103)の領域において前記ハウジング外壁(6,106)に結合されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器(1,101)。
- 前記第2の縁部(15,115)は、第1の接触域(18,118)と、前記第1の接触域(18,118)とは反対側に位置する第2の接触域(19,119)とを有し、前記第1の接触域(18,118)は、前記第2のハウジング面(4,104)の領域において前記ハウジング内壁(5,105)に結合されているか、又は前記第2の接触域(19,119)は、前記第2のハウジング面(4,104)の領域において前記ハウジング外壁(6,106)に結合されている、請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器(1,101)。
- 前記管(7,107)は、実質的に長手方向に平行に相並んで配置されており、前記管(7,107)間には、冷却媒体が貫流可能な間隙(20,120)が形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(1,101)。
- 前記第1の接触面(16,116)及び/又は前記第2の接触面(17,117)及び/又は前記第1の接触域(18,118)及び/又は前記第2の接触域(19,119)は、前記ハウジング内壁(5,105)及び/又は前記ハウジング外壁(6,106)にろう接により又は溶接により結合されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(1,101)。
- 前記第1の接触面(16,116)及び/又は前記第2の接触面(17,117)及び/又は前記第1の接触域(18,118)及び/又は前記第2の接触域(19,119)は、前記ハウジング内壁(5,105)及び/又は前記ハウジング外壁(6,106)に実質的に素材結合を介して結合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(1,101)。
- 前記第1の管端部(8,108)は、前記第1の通し開口(11,111)の領域において前記第1の管板(10,110)にろう接又は溶接により結合されており、前記第2の管端部(9,109)は、前記第2の通し開口(13,113)の領域において前記第2の管板(12,112)にろう接又は溶接により結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(1,101)。
- 前記第1の通し開口(11,111)及び/又は前記第2の通し開口(13,113)は、それぞれ、前記第1の管端部(8,108)及び/又は前記第2の管端部(9,109)が貫く引き通し部を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(1,101)。
- 前記ハウジング(2,102)は、冷却媒体供給用の流入開口(21,121)及び/又は冷却媒体排出用の流出開口を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(1,101)。
- 前記管(7,107)は、フラットチューブとして形成されている、かつ/又は前記管(7,107)間には、乱流インサート及び/又はスペーサ(22)及び/又は波形リブが配置されている、かつ/又は前記管(7,107)は、実質的に平滑な表面(123)及び/又は実質的に円形の横断面を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(1,101)。
- 前記第1の管板(10,110)及び/又は前記第2の管板(12,112)は、深絞り加工法で製造されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(1,101)。
- 前記ハウジング(2,102)の領域にバイパス通路が配置されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(1,101)。
