前記骨格構造体の表面に形成された乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体を含むコート層と、を有する細胞支持体を提供する。
[細胞工学用支持体]
本実施形態では細胞工学用支持体の一構成例について説明する。
[細胞工学用支持体の製造方法]
次に、本実施形態の細胞工学用支持体の製造方法の一構成例について説明する。
(骨格構造体準備工程)
まず、骨格構造体準備工程について説明する。骨格構造体準備工程では、ポリ−D−乳酸、またはポリ−L−乳酸を含む骨格構造体を準備することができる。
(浸漬工程)
浸漬工程では、上記骨格構造体準備工程で準備した骨格構造体を乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体含有溶液に浸漬することができる。
(凍結乾燥工程)
凍結乾燥工程では、上記浸漬工程後、乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体含有溶液から骨格構造体を取り出し、凍結乾燥することができる。
[実施例1]
以下の手順により細胞工学用支持体を作製した。
(骨格構造体準備工程)
まず、以下の手順により、ポリ−L−乳酸を含有する骨格構造体を準備する骨格構造体準備工程を実施した。
(浸漬工程)
次に得られた骨格構造体を、乳酸−グリコ−ル酸共重合体含有溶液に浸漬する浸漬工程を実施した。
(凍結乾燥工程)
次に、骨格構造体を乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体含有溶液から骨格構造体を取り出し、凍結乾燥する凍結乾燥工程を実施した。
[実施例2]
浸漬工程で、乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体溶液の溶媒として、1,4−ジオキサンを用い、乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体を0.07質量%含有させた点以外は、実施例1の場合と同様にして作製した。
[実施例3]
ポリ−D−乳酸を含有する骨格構造体を用いた点以外は実施例1と同様にして、細胞工学用支持体を作製した。

Claims (4)
- ポリ−D−乳酸、またはポリ−L−乳酸を含む骨格構造体と、
前記骨格構造体の表面に形成された乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体を含むコート層と、を有する細胞工学用支持体。 - 前記コート層を0.01質量%以上2質量%以下含有する請求項1に記載の細胞工学用支持体。
- ポリ−D−乳酸、またはポリ−L−乳酸を含む骨格構造体を準備する骨格構造体準備工程と、
前記骨格構造体を、乳酸−グリコ−ル酸共重合体含有溶液に浸漬する浸漬工程と、
前記浸漬工程後、前記乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体含有溶液から前記骨格構造体を取り出し、凍結乾燥する凍結乾燥工程と、を有する細胞工学用支持体の製造方法。 - 前記乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体溶液が、溶媒としてアセトン、ジオキサン、テトラハイドロフランから選択された1種類以上を含有する請求項3に記載の細胞工学用支持体の製造方法。
