Claims (11)
- 開口部と閉鎖部を有し、前記開口部を上方に向けた状態で保持する容器部と、
前記開口部に対向した状態で採血対象を固定する固定部と、
前記採血対象を加圧し、または前記採血対象と前記容器に囲まれる空間内を負圧にし、またはその組み合せである圧力変動部と、
前記容器部の下方に位置付けられ、前記圧力変動部により圧力が変動された後に採血対象を穿刺する穿刺部と、
血液を収容した前記容器の開口部を閉鎖する蓋を有する採血装置。 - 請求項1記載の採血装置において、
前記容器部は前記固定部に対して水平方向にスライドするスライド機構を有する採血装置。 - 請求項1記載の採血装置において、
前記圧力変動部は、空圧で採血対象を加圧する圧迫体であって、
前記圧迫体で採血対象を加圧しながら血圧を測定する血圧計を備える採血装置。 - 請求項3記載の採血装置において、
前記血圧計により得られる血圧が、最低血圧以上かつ最高血圧以下となるように採血対象を加圧する加圧源を備える採血装置。 - 請求項1記載の採血装置において、
採血後の採血対象を保護するカバーを有する採血装置。 - 請求項1記載の採血装置において、
前記容器部、前記固定部および前記穿刺部はいずれも分離可能に構成されている採血装置。 - 請求項1記載の採血装置において、
前記容器部内に貯留された血液の状態を確認する確認手段を備えた採血装置。 - 少なくとも一つの貫通孔を有する上側ディスクと、
前記上側ディスクの下方に位置付けられ、上側ディスクと独立して回転可能な下側ディスクと、
前記貫通孔に押しつけられた採血対象の周囲環境を負圧にする負圧源と、
前記下側ディスクに固定され、前記圧力変動部により圧力が変動された後に採血対象を穿刺する穿刺部と、
開口部と閉鎖部を有し、前記開口部を上方に向けた状態で前記下側ディスクに固定された容器部と、を有する採血装置。 - 請求項8記載の採血装置において、
前記容器部および前記穿刺部は、前記下側ディスクに対して着脱可能に固定されている、採血装置。 - 開口部と閉鎖部を有し、前記開口部を上方に向けた状態で保持する容器部と、
前記容器部の開口部の上方に位置付けられ、採血対象を穿刺する穿刺孔を有する穿刺部と、を有する採血装置であって、
前記穿刺部は、採血対象を穿刺する穿刺針、穿刺針の軸上に設けられた貫通孔付きリブ、前記リブに一端が接続された第一のバネ、前記リブと穿刺部の筺体を接続する第二のバネ、前記リブの移動を制限する制限部材を有し、
前記穿刺部と前記容器部は着脱可能に接続する着脱部を有し、
前記着脱部に前記容器部を装着することにより生じる前記第一のバネの反発力により、前記穿刺針が穿刺孔へと移動する、採血装置。 - 請求項1〜10いずれかに記載の採血装置において、
前記容器の少なくとも一部に透明窓を有する採血装置。
