Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態の燃料遮断構造を示す縦断面図、図2は、第1実施形態の燃料遮断構造を備えた車両が後下がりに傾斜したときの状態を示す断面図である。なお、図1および図2では、燃料タンク10A内の燃料を吸い上げて燃料供給管31を通して内燃機関30に送る燃料ポンプ、燃料タンク10Aと給油口とを接続するフィラーパイプなどの図示を省略している。
図3は、第2実施形態の燃料遮断構造を示す縦断面図、図4は、第2実施形態の燃料遮断構造を備えた車両が前後方向に傾斜したときの状態を示す断面図である。なお、第1実施形態と同様の構成については、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。
図3に示すように、第2実施形態の燃料遮断構造100Bは、第1実施形態とは、燃料遮断弁11、ジョイント12、キャニスタ15の配置が異なるものである。
図5は、第3実施形態の燃料遮断構造を示す縦断面図、図6は、第3実施形態の燃料遮断構造を備えた車両が左右方向に傾斜したときの状態を示す断面図である。
図5に示すように、第3実施形態の燃料遮断構造100Cは、第1実施形態および第2実施形態とは、燃料タンク10C、燃料遮断弁11、ジョイント12、キャニスタ15の配置が異なっている。

Claims (4)
- 車両に搭載された燃料タンクの外部に配置された外部流路への燃料の流出を防止する燃料遮断構造であって、
前記燃料タンクの車両前後方向のいずれか一方には燃料遮断弁が設けられ、
前記燃料タンクの前記車両前後方向で前記燃料遮断弁の反対側には前記外部流路と接続されるキャニスタが配置され、
前記燃料遮断弁から延びたタンク内流路と前記外部流路とが、前記車両前後方向の前記燃料遮断弁とは異なる位置で連結されていることを特徴とする燃料遮断構造。 - 前記燃料遮断弁が前記車両前後方向の後側に配置され、前記燃料タンクが前記車両前後方向において前側よりも後側が高くなるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料遮断構造。
- 車両に搭載された燃料タンクの外部に配置された外部流路への燃料の流出を防止する燃料遮断構造であって、
前記燃料タンクの車両左右方向のいずれか一方には燃料遮断弁が設けられ、
前記燃料タンクの前記車両左右方向で前記燃料遮断弁の反対側には前記外部流路の下流側と接続されるキャニスタが配置され、
前記燃料遮断弁から延びたタンク内流路と前記外部流路とが、前記車両左右方向の前記燃料遮断弁とは異なる位置で連結されていることを特徴とする燃料遮断構造。 - 前記タンク内流路と前記外部流路とが、前記燃料タンクの上面に配置されたジョイントを介して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料遮断構造。
