Claims (9)
- 第1表面を有するマイクロ流路装置を搭載するための挟持搭載具であって、
前記挟持搭載具はベースホルダーとトップホルダーとを含み、
前記マイクロ流路装置は前記ベースホルダーに取り換え可能に設置され、
前記トップホルダーは前記ベースホルダーに軸設され、かつ前記ベースホルダーに対し開位置又は閉位置に設置されることが可能であり、
前記トップホルダーはカバーと係合部材とを含み、
前記トップホルダーが前記ベースホルダーに対し前記閉位置に設置された場合、前記カバーと前記ベースホルダーは互いに平行になり、
前記係合部材は前記カバーに組み合わせられ、かつ前記係合部材が前記カバーとの距離を調整できるよう、前記係合部材と前記カバーとの間に三つの距離調整ネジが設けられ、前記係合部材が前記マイクロ流路装置に面した第2表面を有し、
前記三つの距離調整ネジを調整して前記係合部材と前記カバーとの間の距離及び傾斜角度を変更することにより、前記挟持搭載具は前記係合部材の前記第2表面と前記第1表面との間の平行関係及び特定距離を保つことができる、挟持搭載具。 - 前記係合部材は2つのソフトプラグを含み、
前記挟持搭載具はさらに、前記マイクロ流路装置と結合して一体になる蓋を含み、
前記トップホルダーが前記ベースホルダーに対し前記閉位置に設置された場合、前記2つのソフトプラグは前記蓋に当接し、かつ前記第2表面は前記2つのソフトプラグが前記蓋における当接面を含む、請求項1に記載の挟持搭載具。 - 前記マイクロ流路装置は導入口及び導出口を有し、
前記蓋及び前記マイクロ流路装置が前記ベースホルダーに設置され、かつ前記トップホルダーが前記閉位置に設置された場合、前記蓋及び前記2つのソフトプラグが前記マイクロ流路装置の導入チャンネル及び導出チャンネルを構成し、
前記導入チャンネルが前記導入口に接続され、前記導出チャンネルが前記導出口に接続される、請求項2に記載の挟持搭載具。 - 前記マイクロ流路装置は基板及びポリジメチルシロキサンプラッドフォームを含み、
前記第1表面は前記基板上に位置し、前記ポリジメチルシロキサンプラッドフォームは前記第1表面上に設置され、前記導入口及び前記導出口は前記ポリジメチルシロキサンプラッドフォーム上に位置し、前記蓋は第1チャンネル及び第2チャンネルを有し、前記第1チャンネルは前記導入口に接続され、前記第2チャンネルは前記導出口に接続される、請求項3に記載の挟持搭載具。 - 前記第1チャンネルは第1当接面を有し、前記第2チャンネルは第2当接面を有し、前記2つのソフトプラグはそれぞれ前記第1当接面及び前記第2当接面に当接される、請求項4に記載の挟持搭載具。
- 前記蓋は前記基板へ延伸する2つの支持柱を有し、前記2つの支持柱は前記第1表面に当接して、前記蓋を前記マイクロ流路装置の前記第1表面と結合させる、請求項4に記載の挟持搭載具。
- 前記蓋の前記第1チャンネルは第1導管を有し、前記第2チャンネルは第2導管を有し、前記2つの支持柱が前記第1表面に当接した場合、前記第1導管は前記導入口に延伸し、前記第2導管が前記導出口に延伸する、請求項6に記載の挟持搭載具。
- 前記挟持搭載具はさらに調整治具を含み、その形状及び大きさが、結合して一体になった前記蓋及び前記マイクロ流路装置と同じであり、
前記調整治具は前記ベースホルダーに設置され、前記三つの距離調整ネジを調整して前記係合部材と前記調整治具との間の距離及び傾斜角度を変更することにより、前記挟持搭載具は前記係合部材の前記第2表面と前記第1表面との間の前記平行関係を保つ、請求項2に記載の挟持搭載具。 - 前記2つのソフトプラグは、小幅な弾性変形が可能なゴム又はプラスチックによって形成される、請求項2に記載の挟持搭載具。
