Abstract
Description
−金属から作製した第1の部品及びシリコン又はセラミックから作製した第2の部品を形成するステップ;
−第1の部品の肩部上に中間部品を組み付けるステップ;
−中間部品の表面上に第2の部品の第1の表面を組み付け、第1の部品の表面上に第2の部品の第2の表面を組み付けるステップ;
−レーザー電磁照射によって、中間部品の表面上に組み付けた第2の部品の表面を溶接して部品を互いに固着し、計時器構成要素を形成するステップ
を含む。
−金属から作製した第1の部品及びシリコン又はセラミックから作製した第2の部品を形成するステップ;
−レーザー電磁照射によって、中間部品の表面上に第2の部品の表面を溶接して部品を互いに固着するステップ;
−第2の部品−中間部品の組立体を第1の部品上に組み付け、それにより、中間部品を第1の部品の肩部上に組み付け、第2の部品の表面を第1の部品の表面上に組み付けて計時器構成要素を形成するステップ
を含む。
−第2の部品は、金属、シリコン酸化物、シリコン窒化物、シリコン炭化物、又は炭素の同素体のうち少なくとも1つの部分コーティングも含み;
−第1の部品は、鉄合金、銅合金、ニッケル若しくはニッケル合金、チタン若しくはチタン合金、金若しくは金合金、銀若しくは銀合金、白金若しくは白金合金、ルテニウム若しくはルテニウム合金、ロジウム若しくはロジウム合金、又はパラジウム若しくはパラジウム合金を含み;
−中間部品は、鉄合金、銅合金、ニッケル若しくはニッケル合金、チタン若しくはチタン合金、金若しくは金合金、銀若しくは銀合金、白金若しくは白金合金、ルテニウム若しくはルテニウム合金、ロジウム若しくはロジウム合金、又はパラジウム若しくはパラジウム合金を含み;

Claims (6)
- 計時器構成要素の製作方法であって:
−金属から作製した第1の部品(37)、及びシリコン又はセラミックから作製した第2の部品(15)を形成するステップ;
−前記第1の部品(37)の肩部(33)上に中間部品(41)を組み付けるステップ;
−前記中間部品(41)の表面上に前記第2の部品(15)の第1の表面(18)を組み付け、前記第1の部品(37)の表面(31)上に前記第2の部品(15)の第2の表面(20)を組み付けるステップ;
−レーザー電磁照射によって、前記中間部品(41)の前記表面上に組み付けた前記第2の部品(15)の前記表面(18)を溶接して部品を互いに固着し、前記計時器構成要素を形成するステップ
を含む方法。 - 計時器構成要素の製作方法であって:
−金属から作製した第1の部品(37)、及びシリコン又はセラミックから作製した第2の部品(15)を形成するステップ;
−レーザー電磁照射によって、中間部品(41)上に前記第2の部品(15)の表面(18)を溶接して部品を互いに溶接するステップ;
−前記第2の部品(15)−前記中間部品(41)の組立体を前記第1の部品(37)上に組み付け、それにより、前記中間部品(41)を前記第1の部品(37)の肩部(33)上に組み付け、前記第2の部品(15)の表面(20)を前記第1の部品(37)の表面(31)上に組み付けて前記計時器構成要素を形成するステップ
を含む方法。 - 前記第2の部品(15)は、金属、シリコン酸化物、シリコン窒化物、シリコン炭化物、又は炭素の同素体のうち少なくとも1つの部分コーティングも含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部品(37)は、鉄合金、銅合金、ニッケル若しくはニッケル合金、チタン若しくはチタン合金、金若しくは金合金、銀若しくは銀合金、白金若しくは白金合金、ルテニウム若しくはルテニウム合金、ロジウム若しくはロジウム合金、又はパラジウム若しくはパラジウム合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中間部品(41)は、鉄合金、銅合金、ニッケル若しくはニッケル合金、チタン若しくはチタン合金、金若しくは金合金、銀若しくは銀合金、白金若しくは白金合金、ルテニウム若しくはルテニウム合金、ロジウム若しくはロジウム合金、又はパラジウム若しくはパラジウム合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の部品(15)は、ケース、文字盤、ケース縁、水晶、ガラス縁、プッシュボタン、りゅうず、裏蓋、針、ブレスレット又はバンド、ひげぜんまい、てんぷ車、アンクル、受け、回転錘、車又はがんぎ車のうち全て又は一部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
